“The peacefulness of an italian villa – the comfort of a hotel.” From a villa constructed in the 1960s right on the Maronti Beach, on the south side of the Island of Ischia in the Gulf of Naples in Italy, with 30 inch volcanic lava walls, eight mini-apartments have been created, finished in traditional maritime style.
As much as possible of the original structure has been preserved, above all the Neapolitan majolica floor tiles of the upper level, and every apartment therefore retains an individual layout. Each has a direct-dial telephone and a fully-equipped open kitchen, air conditioning and SAT-TV.

The Apartments Parco Smeraldo are located on the Maronti Beach the most beautiful of the island of Ischia, in the Gulf of Naples in Italy.
They are 200 mt away from the main Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme, connected by a pedestrian way along the beach, where the guest can enjoy for free the Hotel's services as the indoor thermal SPA wellness centre, the outdoor thermal pool, the private beach, the tennis court and the parking.
Te apartments are good connected by bus lines with the major attraction of the island. The bus stop is just 250 mt away from them. At 3 Km a well equipped supermarket is a good store for the food supplies.
The hotel also organizes transfer from/to the Naples' airport or train station.

Das zum Hotel Parco Smeraldo dazugehörige apartmenthaus überzeugt durch seine unvergleichliche Lage direkt am wunderschönen Maronti-Strand. Selbstversorgung sowie die Nutzung des wunderbaren Hotelangebots mit köstlichem Essen ist beides möglich. Die Unterkunft ist an Ruhe nicht zu übertreffen. Trotzdem erreicht man in nur wenigen Minuten das Hotel, den Bus- und Taxistand für Exkursionen auf dieser wunderschönen, völlig verkannten italienischen Insel. Die Insel ist ein Paradies für Junge und alte und wird Kindern hundertprozentig gerecht.
Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Hotelpersonals waren einzigartig. Hundertprozentige Empfehlung!
