Villa Chiaretta A is a spacious one-story studio apartment located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps three people. It is appoximately 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Casamicciola Terme , where you will find restaurants, the shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus at 100 meters (330 feet). You will reach Villa Chiaretta A from the street level going down an external stairway wh...ich consists of approximately six steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Chiaretta A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), in a reserved parking space.
Villa Chiaretta is situated on top of the charming fishermen village of Casamicciola Terme, renowned for the numerous lovely thermal Spas. The villa is composed by two small constructions divided into apartments and separated by a wonderful green area.
The apartments are all facing the south and sea and, from the ones endowed with the splendid terraces on the first floor, you'll be able to enjoy breathtaking views of the coast and sea. You will find particularly fascinating the unique panorama on the small port of Lacco Armeno.
Villa Chiaretta's located in a short boulevard flanked with white double-floor houses, typical accommodations in the isle of Ischia . The boulevard, practicable by car from the residents, is closed by a large shared swimming pool.
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the coast and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests. It is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
The garden is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. You will be able to reach it from the bedroom through a French door. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers.
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
