Villa Chiaretta D is a cozy apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Chiaretta D you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Chiaretta D is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, air conditioning and winter heating.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Casamicciola Terme , where you will find restaurants, the shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus at 100 meters (330 feet). You will reach Villa Chiaretta D from the street level going down approximately 17 stairway steps.

... You will not need a car to stay at Villa Chiaretta D. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), in a reserved parking space.

Villa Chiaretta is situated on top of the charming fishermen village of Casamicciola Terme, renowned for the numerous lovely thermal Spas. The villa is composed by two small constructions divided into apartments and separated by a wonderful green area.

The apartments are all facing the south and sea and, from the ones endowed with the splendid terraces on the first floor, you'll be able to enjoy breathtaking views of the coast and sea. You will find particularly fascinating the unique panorama on the small port of Lacco Armeno.

Villa Chiaretta's located in a short boulevard flanked with white double-floor houses, typical accommodations in the isle of Ischia . The boulevard, practicable by car from the residents, is closed by a large shared swimming pool.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the coast and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests. It is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the coast and of the sea at a distance.

The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming. They include a divan bed with a trundle bed to sleep two guests. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

  A very nice, newly completed apartment with very nice owners and beautiful view. Further from the water than we were told by SummerinItaly and the pool is 100 meters down the road. If that isn't enough bad news, it is shared with many other rental units belonging to this entire family. Also beware there is an undisclosed daily use fee for the pool of 1.50 euro per person per day and an exit cleaning fee when you leave of 50 euro.

  no, I would not say we are kidding. I regret that you did not like the property, however I must say that all the information that was made available to you before you made your reservation is correct and very detailed.
  
  The information provided includes the exact location of the villa on the map, it expressly mentions that the pool is shared, actually it underlines that access is shared with resident and non-resident guests, and, obviously, what the local costs are. It might seem odd that there is a small fee to enter the pool, but it is indeed stated on the web site -- it's a pay-per-use pool open to residents of the adjoining buildings, although, to stay on the safe side, we present it as a public pool.
  
  Saying that the information is undisclosed only means that you did not have the time to read it, which might be understandable since you made your booking while travelling. However failing to read the information that is presented to you does not mean that it is not disclosed, it only means that you did not have the time to read it before booking, nor upon arrival, when you found something that you did not expect, and, not even before taking the time to write an online review.
  
  Also, I am happy to confirm that distance from the water presented on our web site is correct, and that the swimming pool is right next to the building, one simply walks to it along the side of the building, 100 meters is the length of a soccer field, the building is roughly 30 meters long.
  
  Something that you failed to mention in this review, however, is that you requested -- and obtained through our intervention -- to be refunded of the rental cost for all except the one night you decided to spend at the property as it was good for your travel plans. The owners, nice people indeed, tried to explain that you were causing them a considerable financial loss and that you had a contract that should have been respected, particularly since there was no real reason to leave the property early. However you must have thought they were kidding. Since our job is to protect the travelers and try our best to make them happy, we stepped in and obtained for you to be refunded at the owner's expense. It would have been nice and fair to them to acknowledge it, so that other people could know that even if the property was not what you thought it should have been, the owners were kind enough to endure a financial loss in order to please you, and that the rental agency took action to see that you were refunded.
