We are offering our 4th floor ocean front condo for rent . We have the BEST view from our large L-shaped balcony . The only thing between you and the ocean is sand .

Ixchel Condos-Phase-1, are located on the pristine, soft white sand North Beach, of Isla Mujeres. This is the ONLY SUNSET BEACH in the Yucatan of Mexico. Isla Mujeres is a beautiful 15 minute ferry ride from Cancun. The relaxing shallow shoreline, the everyday perfect weather and my new luxurious condo, it is the ideal destination vacation for all ages. The panoramic view from my terrace, offer a breathtaking sight, as you gaze at the multi-colored Caribbean water, the infinity pool and the tropical garden.

My unit #410 is on the 4th floor-ocean front --It is right on the beach ---The BEST VIEW of the Caribbean---It has a large L-shaped wrap around balcony for spectacular views---Recently added netting for the safety of small children ---It even has a grill for cooking your lobster

One of newest luxury accommodations on this island. Unit 410 is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath unit --the Master bedroom has a king sized bed and a beautiful full bath, the other bedroom has 2 double beds and a large full bath , living room, full kitchen, terraces, Individually controlled air conditioned rooms , cable TV in each room, free wireless internet and there is a helpful and friendly staff, to provide answers to your questions and assist with your needs.

You can rent this unit as a 2 bedroom 2 bath--full unit --or--a 1 bedroom suite which is the Master bedroom area and the living room,kitchen and balcony--or as a 1 bedroom motel room--which is the other bedroom and full bath ,with 2 double beds and a window view of the ocean--it also has a small refrigerator and coffee maker and bottled water

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Clyde (the owner) a message.

If Clyde (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
