Beautiful Exclusive Area Of Sac Bajo: Located on the most exclusive beach of Isla Mujeres, Sac Bajo, Casa Bendicion is part of a new and exciting 24-unit 5-story condominium complex that features expansive views of our private beach, tremendous pool with 'swim up tiki bar', wireless Internet and a gym/spa. Casa Bendicion features 9 foot ceilings, double sliding glass doors that recede into the wall in the living-room creating an expansive unified space with the living room, dining area and balcony. Included is a complete kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven, stove with grill, microwave and a full set of pans and utensils. Sleeping for 8 (king, king, 3 twins and 2 lofts). All beds have high quality mattresses with memory foam toppers. The master bathroom is very large and has a walk-in shower overlooking the water. Fabulous full water views are also readily apparent from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.

How do damage deposits work?

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
