The main level consists of an open floor plan including living area, sitting area, dining area, kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. The inviting open floor plan is ideal for entertaining with family and/or friends with the pool area just off the main level. The second level consists of 2 master suites with private bathrooms and a 2nd level terrace with a stairway leading to the 3rd level rooftop deck that offers 360 degree views of the island and nearby Cancun. A newer island home on Isla Mujeres, Casa Paraiso features a spacious, open and modern floorplan, with comfortable furniture, and is decorated with beautiful local island art. The living room looks out on the pool and beyond to the ocean. A dining room is open to the living room and kitchen, which is fully equipped. There are three flat-screen TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Complimentary wireless internet access & an international phone is another plus, if you need to keep in touch with family members or the rest of the world. The pool at the front entrance provides a perfect place to relax and cool off, anytime of the day or night…Also on this level there is a half-bath and washer and dryer for your convenience. On the upper level, reached by a staircase with inset lighting for your safety, are two master suites, both with king size beds and bathroom. Each room offers unobstructed ocean views through glass doors, and both rooms open onto a large wrap-around balcony, furnished for lounging with chairs and hammock. Casa Paraiso is located on the south side of the Island facing the Caribbean Ocean. The ocean is directly in front of the house, right in front of the house there are cliffs with several beaches that appear and disappear with the tides, if the ocean is calm it is safe to go in. There is a national underwater park "Garrafon" which is about a two minute walk great for snorkeling. The best beaches on the Island are North Beach and Zama beach. The best way to get around the Island are Golf Carts, from our house to the north side of the island takes about 15 minutes by Golf Cart, Zama beach is about 10 minutes by golf cart.
Boating, sailing, world class fishing, scuba, snorkeling, pristine beaches & corals that are full of life, national underwater park within walking distance, biking, walking, hiking, oceanfront swimming pool , Architectural sites, shopping, night life.

Payments are accepted via Credit card, PayPal, Bank transfer or Personal U.S. check.

Rates do not include IVA Tax (Mexico Sales & Occupancy Tax).

We require a fully refundable security/damage deposit of $300.00 usd to be paid at the time of your reservation. This deposit will be returned within 15 days after you depart, assuming no damage has been reported. Deductions for lost key - $50.00 usd. Lost remote for TV, A/C or Xbox console and/or controllers- $100.00 usd. After you depart the property, should we find any damage, we will inform you and request payment for repairs.

  We stayed for 1 week with in-laws (two couples) . The home was plenty big enough and was a great location. We did have some issue with how clean the home was when we arrived, it did not appear to be cleaned in the master bathroom or laundry room and it was very apparent one of the showers had not been cleaned. Also, the in house safe didn't work, it was a concern as we did not want to leave our passports and other valuables unprotected. Ron apologized and said he would make sure it would never happen again. The layout is a great open concept, very comfy beds, and a view... oh what a view!!! Showers had great pressure. The pool was a nice bonus... we are beach people and were not keen on the pool, but it was great,. especially after a great night at soggy peso. The TV got Margaritaville radio ...Awesome!! There were lots of supplies in the house... towels, toilet paper, water, dishes etc. A cooler and a beach umbrella would be a great addition and a bbq??? All in all a great house, we would stay again.

  My girlfriend, Rudi, and I first went to IM last year and fell in love with the island and lifestyle. After passing this house multiple times in our golf cart (a must have on the island) she fell in love with this house. After returning from a great week the first visit we decided to return. She talked me into renting this house. I must admit...she was right. It was great. The view is unbeatable, the house is clean, and the pool is perfect! Gabbie (sp?) was there waiting for us and the appointed time. The owners have a lot of useful information provided. While we were there the first visit my girlfriend kept asking me o seriously think about looking at buying this house. Todd and ashley did'nt own it then. After being in it...I may hear about not getting more serious about looking into buying it for the rest of my life! I can hear it now. For sure, we will be back one day. owners are very friendly and prompt. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy a little Paradise in Mexico!

  Spent one week at Casa Paraiso with my husband, adult daughter and niece. Perfect place for our needs. Large bedrooms with comfy beds, very nice well-equipped kitchen, large living and dining room. The laundry room was great for drying our beach towels! We loved spending time by the pool, early morning walks in the colonias, and on the new pathway along the seaside. We did rent a golf cart for our week stay, but taxis are very easy to flag down. Isla Mujeres is a very special place, beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants, very friendly locals, and a totally relaxing atmosphere!
  The household manager, Ron was very helpful in many ways. I now know how to correctly pronounce some of the restaurant names and food choices!
  Life is good at Casa Paraiso!

  My wife and our two good friends spent 2 weeks at Casa Paraiso this Feb. and had the most wonderful time. We were met at the Casa by Ron Herman,the propery manager. Ron gave us all the information we needed to know as well as answered any questions we had. The accomodations were wonderful...very spacious kitchen,dining and living room areas...the bedrooms were again spacious,clean and nice king-sized beds in both rooms. Beautiful view of the ocean out the patio doors as well...Also had a chance to meet the new owners as well...Ashley and Todd...wonderful,friendly people who obviously care about this home and the guests' experience staying there as well...Would highly recommend this home to anyone going to Isla Mujeres...Will definatley stay there again...
