We visited the condo at the Summer Seas the last week in March. As soon as we arrived, we knew that we had made a good decision. The condo is exactly as shown on the internet. The condo is very clean and the property is well maintained. The view of the bay is great. Marguerite, the owner, is a pleasure to rent from. We plan to visit again.

We loved everything about the condo and it's location. Marguerite is a delight to work with. We loved the view and the pool. We just missed walking and swimming from a beach. If that is not an issue, we highly recommend staying there.

Sometimes when you rent a place on the internet, it can be a bit scary, but the owner of this apartment is very quick with replies to any email question, inquiry, etc. I was looking for a place to get away with two teens. At first glance, the building is old, the interior a bit worn and clearly a place for older folks in retirement. At second glance you will find families, fishermen and sunseekers alike who have found that this is a perfect launchpad for your Keys adventures. You are driving distance from snorkeling charters, or charters for fishing or scuba if you wish. You can swim with dolphins, it's a couple hours drive to Key West, a good day trip can be made to any number of beaches...Sombrero was our favorite. In addition, we found a bunch of little restaurants we loved. Considering I was there with two teens, I was happy to find a Winn Dixie very close by, CVS with Redbox, Made 2 Order for delicious canalfront breakfast, and Boardwalk for great pizza and a cool glass of wine (for me). The kids, who were a little disillusioned on arrival by the age of the building and the lack of free WiFi, were very sad to leave. They spent hours in the heated pool on the property, and loved the Keys. Great getaway. Thank you Marguerite for sharing this extremely well-equipped apartment.

My sister and I stayed at this condo for a week in October. It was really great. The condo has been recently renovated and everything is super. The view out to the bay was the best way to have coffee on the balcony in the morning - watching the boats, the birds, etc. The directions to the condo that Marguerite provided, the gentleman that met us at the condo, etc. all was very useful and great. The building is well looked after, the pool area is great, and the pool is a good size. The condo is about halfway between Key Largo and Key West, easy drive down to Key West to spend the day and then drive back up- . There are lots of restaurants around. This is a condo that I would rent again, if time permits. Oakville Kid.

"Summer Sea" is the best place we have stayed in the upper keys and we "will" be back. The property is large ,exotic, secure and quiet. Everyone we met was nice and polite. There is a small beach where we Snorkeled everyday and if you want. you can fish right there off the docks. While there you have access to the roof top, In the evenings we sat in the chairs that are up there and watched the sunsets with our favorite libations. The surrounding area is smack dab in the middle of it all. The grocery store is just up the road about 3 miles. "Bud n Mary's" was our breakfast and Bait stop. And we recommend " Marker 88 restaurant" for dinner it is right next door. Marguerite (The owner) has that special touch. Her condo reflects her love of the Keys. You wont regret "Summer Sea" as your choice for a Keys vacation.

If you dont want future vacations to be ruined if they dont meet these standards, stay away. This place set the tone for my wife and I as this was our first stop in our three week three location vacation. Right from the beginning my breath was taken away. Thankfully we were only there for a week otherwise I think I would have bolted myself in the condo! The view was breathtaking and no matter how HD your camera is there is no way any photo can capture the expericence of what this place has to offer. I miss it already

We came down to Islamorada for a wedding and decided to make this our vacation. We had a wonderful time. The condo was just right. Everyone was so friendly. The sunsets from the roof top deck were gorgeous. Every morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony and watched the beautiful blue water. I highly recommend this condo and vacation spot. It was a great vacation.

This was a great place to visit for my wife's birthday. The condo was great. It was well appointed, very clean and the location was wonderful. The complex has its own beach and a really nice pool. Within a mile or two there is a large well kept public beach, great restaurants, boat rentals and stores for something new or something you may have forgotten to bring. I wanted a bay side place and the sunsets were unbelievable whether from the balcony, the roof top deck or from the beach. The price is very reasonable and our hosts from whom we rented were wonderful and very helpful. If you want a very special dinner we would recommend the restaurant named "88". I highly recommend this rental property.

the surronding are fantastic, parking great, super pool & surrounding area ! The condo itself is lovely and confortable. You have to try the balcony at sunset...omg !!
lastly found it very convenient for local resturants and stores. Can't wait to get back and kick back in the Summer Seas condo !!
