An excellent rental.The condo was so comfortable and beautiful. I am a "view person" and the view was interesting and beautiful. We had a severe problem with a water accident and everyone was very helpful and gracious.

A beautiful 3rd floor condo. We had a beautiful view of a boat harbor with a view of the ocean's reefs beyond. I could have sat on that lanai all vacation.
Despite a maintanence problem, we had a wonderful stay. The realty company with their property manage, Daisy, and condominium manager, Dara, quicly and efficiently took care of the problem, minimizing our discomfort and getting all back to normal quickly. We would come back to this condo again. The property has a nice hot tub and beautiful pool; all kept very clean and neat. It is a nice quiet place to come home to after a busy day fishing in the Keys. -

For the month of January, 2012, I was lucky enough to stay in this unit with friends. It was the perfect place for 3 adult women or 3 couples. This top floor unit was 2,000+ square feet which is quite large, and the screened-in lanai had a fabulous view of the water, with Alligator Lighthouse on the horizon. I loved watching the pelicans swoop by our lanai !!! What cinched this place for us was that all 3 bedrooms had one large bed -- either king or queen, which is hard to find in a 3 bedroom condo in the Keys. All had tv's and digital cable which was a must for one of us. Both couches had recliners on both ends - very comfy !!! The kitchen was big enough for all 3 of us to cook in and we also took advantage of the grill out by the pool some nights. The kitchen also had everything one could need to eat/cook, including lots of spices and oils and vinegars, etc. Plus a washer and dryer. We loved the community feel at the pool and hot tub and spent many a night out there socializing with other guests. The only down side was the long drive to Key West and the Lower Keys. Staying at Bay Harbour is one of those things that you remember for years. Close to everything but quiet. Our rental was super clean and had just about everything we needed. Fishing, tennis, workout room, pool and marina right next door.

Virtually every part of this experience was great! The Freewheeler office was conveniently located, and the service we got (including Kim's availability Christmas Eve evening when our keychain broke and we unknowingly lost the key to the condo!) was excellent! The condo itself (as were the grounds) was spotless, and the fully screened in balcony was a welcomed surprise. Everything worked well, the amenities at Bay Harbour were great, and we had a lovely week!
