Minimum Rental: 3 Nights Upper Duplex - This is one of three rental units on this fabulous property. The Little Bay property is a one acre lush tropical setting in a gated compound located directly on Florida Bay. This is one of 3 separate units for rent by the day (3 night minimum), week, or month. Each unit sleeps up to 6 people - rent one or all for a family reunion. Protected dockage in the "little bay" will keep your 30' boat (or smaller) safe. There's a "sunning" area with lounge chairs on the peninsula so you can capture all the Vitamin D your body needs. Relax in one of the hammocks and enjoy quiet time under the pergola or picnic und...er the tiki. Enjoy panoramic views of the Florida Bay from the covered balcony of the Upper Duplex.

When it's time to retire to the indoors you'll love the interior of the Upper Duplex. It offers 2 bedrooms/2 baths plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances and granite counters. The baths are up to date as are the furnishings. A full size washer and dryer in the unit, central air, covered balcony overlooking the Florida Bay, flat screen TV in the living room and WiFi round out the amenities that will guarantee a fabulous holiday.

Rate Details:Rent is $350/night, $2400/week, or $7200/month. Additional Charges: $175 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; $45 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Pet Fees: Pets that weigh less than 25 lbs. are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. The pet fee is $150 per pet plus an additional $100 per pet security deposit. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through Travel Guard. Plans include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, emergency travel services and more.   We found Little Bay after our previously planned accomodation had been damaged in a fire so andi & Katy at Keys Holiday Rentals literally saved us from camping on the beach! The apartment couldn't have been nicer, 2 bed, 2 bath with the second bedroom having twin beds so was perfect for the children (6 & 12). The apartment was well laid out with a huge deck overlooking the garden (iguanas!) and the boat dock. The deck was fab to sit out on for breakfast or our Halloween party, or just drinks in the evening, if you didn't fancy the strenuous 2-second walk down to the tiki hut and picnic table by the dock.
  We loved it here and would recommend it to pretty much anyone who wants a nice place to stay in the Keys. We'd happily return (with or without the children!).
