My wife and I just spent 2 1/2 months in this condo. It was beginning to feel like home. We enjoyed the condo very much. The neighbors are very friendly,and have such activities as poker night,one for men one for women. They also have regular potrlucks around the heated pool. A great place!

We booked the condo as my brother was getting married in Islamorada, so i was travelling with my parents. The condo was lovely, very well equipped and welcoming, even with a basket full of local attractions, which was helpful. Dave and his father, the owners, were very helpful and friendly. The condo was clean, spacious and well located. The condo has a lovely pool, roof terrace, and private beach perfect for having a bbq and watching the sun set (bbq freely availble for condo users) The building is very secure, and also has a small boat dock. The whole place was friendly, and made for a great stay, there is also a games room, gym and laundry room.
I would recommend this accomodation to anyone. You do need a car, but you can walk to Marker 88 which is a lovely bar and restaurant next door, which has live music, good food, and is set right on the beach so beautiful views. One rainy day we went to Key West which is a good 2 hour drive, the butterfly house was lovely, and it seemed a bit of a party place. Sloppy Joes is a must as the live music was brilliant. Anne's beach is one of the best beaches (but all the beaches are quite small). I would definatley recommend going to Robbies and feeding the tarpons, well worth it, and you might even see a manatee!
My brither was staying at Cheecas and the food was good, and the cucumber margaritas are a lethal must! The island grill is a good restaurant and the tuna nachos as delicious. In fact all the restaurants we went to were great, Pierres (fabulous, but expensive), Lorrelais, good location and nice breakfasts. Hogs house (or soemthing, has big pink pigs outside) does a very good happy hour, and is located on the beach front too.Response from Dave Brownell - 05/02/2012

The amenities at the condo were great. The warm pool, beach and roof top for watching the sun set, the workout room and clean common areas, along with the friendly owners and other renters made our visit very pleasant.

The condo was very convienient, well equipped, comfortable and clean. With a four year old and a five month old, we had plenty of room, pack and play available, and some Disney/Sprout for the rainy afternoon was great! Had lots to do in the area and had a great time!
