Enjoy the feel of a smooth, white sand on a secluded and private beach, steps away from your door.(see photo) View a romantic sunset from the privacy of your Master Bedroom (see photo) or from the covered Tiki Hut area located in the Private Beach. Enjoy a family BBQ, or a glass of wine in the wooden deck adjacent to the Beach.

Bring your own boat and enjoy one of the best fishing waters of the world, the use of the private boat dock located steps away from your front door is included in your rental cost. ( The Boat dock is equipped with fresh water wash down, fish cleaning station, night lights and electricity both 110 and 220 V) .

This dock is located in a deep water canal, with easy access to the fishing grounds (both, to the bay and ocean sides). You can also take advantage of a complimentary fishing trip with a minimum of 90 days paid vacation.(see photo) We also offer discounted 1/2 days and full days fishing trips,(please ask for details)REFER TO PHOTOS OF OUR FISHING TRIP/CATCH OF THE DAY.

This vacation home features a utility room with washer, dryer, two freezers, bait/drinks refrigerator, and covered parking in the ground level. A spacious living room with direct views to the beach thru wall to wall view windows, modern decorated kitchen with a large refrigerator, cook top style range/oven combination, dishwasher, and microwave; plus a dining area, and a 1/2 bath, are all located in the second level. A large master bedroom w/ a "California style" king bed, a sitting area located within the master bedroom with breathtaking and romantic views of gorgeous sunsets, a second bedroom that sleeps five, overlooking the private dock and the deep water canal and a full bathroom are all located in the third level.

We also offer an "original" ( oil or acrylic) painting of your "vacation memories" with us. This could be your family portrait, a fishing experience, or any other theme selected by you.

A local artist will be performing this artistic painting!!!
