Affordable Venetian Shores canal home at the Mile Marker 86, Bayside. Nice decor, recently updated with a private downstairs apartment. Two bedroom/1 bath upstairs and a 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment downstairs (with a complete kitchen and living room). Easy ocean or bay access via Snake Creek.
The house has 60' deep water dockage on a wide canal...great swimming area (nice and green!). After a hard day diving or fishing, enjoy cool tropical breezes from the screened in porch. There is also a great tiki hut in the backyard with lounge chairs...Margaritas anyone? Sorry, pets not allowed.
