This 2Bed/2Bath stilt home is located at mile marker 89 at the very end of Indian Waterways subdivision. Located on a canal with approximately 30' of dockage, you'll have almost immediate access to the Florida Bay and just a 7 minute boat ride to Tavernier Creek, which takes right over to the Atlantic Ocean. The yard is completely fenced in for pet and child safety. The downstairs bar/kitchenette and furnished yard provide a great outdoor environment. This is a great getaway location!

We loved the comfortable two bedroom plus home. Perfect for us and our pet. Nice fenced in yard with a great fishing dock, parking port, outside bar with water and ice maker. Lots of nice trees and plants. Well kept. Great for kayaking and boating. Great location.
