We stayed here for Christmas with 6 people (using 4 bedrooms). The main house has 3 bedrooms and the mother-in-law apartment across the deck has 2 bedrooms as well as a kitchen and living room. In the main house each bedroom has its own bathroom (the upstairs master and the flamingo bedrooms are en-suite with the third bedroom’s bath on the hall.
The views were super with the wraparound deck having 2 sides of ocean views (the other 2 sides you don't really ever see). The house faces east so the sunrises were fabulous. We saw all kinds of water birds (including an osprey that ate breakfast on the telephone pole on the property), iguanas sunning themselves on the gravel yard (entire yard is gravel - no grass), dolphins and manatees swimming in the canal (you could stand on the dock 3 feet away and watch all this), and fish jumping in the atlantic. The house was very well equipped with all the dishes, plates, cooking utensils, and pans you would want (including corkscrews) and as a full size washer and dryer. There are two grills (gas and charcoal) with all the utensils you need. The location is very good, close to restaurants, stores, and things to do. The house is at the end of a small, narrow street so there is no traffic.
The only downside was the upstairs area in the main house. The bedroom was setup as the master but it is a loft area and lacks some sound privacy - being upstairs no one can see into the bedroom but the loft is over the main living room making it noisy if you wanted to sleep before the living room was empty. Also the water pressure upstairs was barely enough in the shower. -

My two best friends and I recently took our families to this gorgeous property for our spring break vacation. We were so very pleased with almost every aspect of this house. The rental agents were very easy going and there was never any hassle.
Upon arrival, the house turned out to be even better than we could have ever expected. The location is excellent!! The house his perfect for multiple families. We had the time of our lives! It is an excellent location for boating to various reefs and islands. The view is magnificent! We could not have asked for a better family vacation spot. Everyone in our party was thrilled.
The only suggestion I have to the owners would be to update a couple of the Queen matresses. The upstairs bed was just worn out and down right uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that...nothing but perfection.
We are hoping to rent this house again in the future! -

the house was fully equipped. Had a beautiful view. Plenty of parking (the street is narrow)
The kitchen/living room was a bit small. Thank goodness the weather was nice and we spent most of the time outside.
The separate apartment was great for the in-laws.
We had a great time! -
