The house sits on the last canal of the neighborhood...very short boat ride to the bay (only a minute or so). Deep water dockage - 65' of dock space. There is an downstairs fully equipped bedroom/Game Room with kitchen, recreation area and pool table, foosball and dart board. We received excellent service when reserving the home, checking in and checking out. Everyone was professional. The home was well described in advance and exceeded out expectations. We also enjoyed the convenient location. We had relatives staying at The Islander Hotel. The best part was the outdoor amenities including dockage for my boat, the pool and the tiki hut. The home was also very clean.
