This home, located in the Plantation Key Colony neighborhood, is a fantastic home for a family or just a couple who wants to enjoy an escape to the Florida Keys. Home is located on a canal with 50ft of concrete dockage, along with a fish cleaning station. The yard is completely fenced in, has a large carport, a gas grill, and plenty of seating in the yard to enjoy the warm Florida Keys days. Home features two separate living areas: a downstairs 1BD/1BA apartment with full bathroom and full kitchen, and a 2BD/2BA living area with full kitchen. This is a great home in a great location!
