NO SHOES REQUIRED!!! 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on the best beach in the Keys. Gorgeous sugar-sand beach with endless ocean views from every room, and rare, deep water dockage. Relax your day away in the hammock beneath the palms trees, waterside, or spend your day fishing in your own backyard. This is true island living.

Left on 11/26/2012 for a stay in August 2012
The house is seriously deteriorated - the master toilet tank took several hours to re-fill, had to keep an emply water jug to fill from the tub to flush
- the washing machine had only hot water - ruined some cold water wash clothing
- the grill and oven were too dirt and grease encrusted to even think about cooking on
- the kitchen and dining area is ant infested
- there's black mold in both bathrooms around the tub
- the hardware holding up the drapes in the bedrooms was broken
- spent a day cleaning the bathrooms and running the vacuum
- the local plumber who came to look at the toilet was not able to fix it because the owner wouldn't pay for the part(s)
- after the rain, there was a big puddle of water in the hall
The list goes on - and I have pictures to back it all up.
On the plus side, the view and access to the ocean is fantastic. -

Left on 09/23/2011 for a stay in September 2010
Our families got together for a "guys fishing trip.” This property could not have been more perfect! We were able to launch the boats at a nearby ramp, and keep them at our dock. However, you didn't even need the boat for good fishing. There is ample fish to be caught right off of the beach in your own backyard. This property really has it all... great rental at a great price! The Property Manager was so accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be back next year!
