In general, very presentable, very comfortable. All major items worked.
Downside: front door could be replaced, cut my foot. Some major light fixtures had no bulbs. Barbecue is a disaster. Back area needs some tidying up and some lounge chairs or something to make it more useful.Response from Mike C - 08/18/2012

If you looking for a good location and good price. Apartment is on second floor. No surprises...listing description is exact. All in all if you need place to stay and dont need a Marriott luxury suite this is it.

A few friends and I stayed for a week at this house in march, it was everything we needed/wanted. The water was right there with a gas station right across the canal to fuel up, a short boat ride to the ocean as well. The house had everything we needed, and will definitely go back. Would recommend this house to anyone, especially anyone who is bringing their boat.
