This brand-new 4,800-square-foot lodge has plenty of room for the whole family or group. It is beautifully decorated, and centrally located for snowmobiling, fishing and sightseeing. Enjoy the serenity and wildlife of the Island Park area.
As many as 32 people can sleep comfortably in this rustic abode. It's got seven bedrooms and two lofts containing one king bed, eight queen beds, eight twin beds and three futons. All of the bedding is supplied for your convenience
The lodge has four full bathrooms, each containing a tub and a shower. The master suite's tub is jetted, and separate from the walk-in shower. Travelers will love the... beautifully furnished kitchen, which features a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave and a dishwasher. An unusual but charming aspect of this kitchen is chairs suspended from the kitchen counter.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, a hot tub, and satellite TV (the television comes with a VCR and a DVD player). You can get your groove on with the stereo supplied in the home. Turn on some catchy rhythm and blues music, and dance from room to room. It is your vacation, so have a little fun! Other perks include a stone fireplace, a pool table, a barbecue grill, a hot tub, and a utility room.
If you love being outside, take advantage of the home's 2,000 square feet of wrap-around decks. Play some cards out there, or just admire the breathtaking scenery around you. If you decide to stay here, there are a number of specials you may be able to benefit from. For example, if you rent two nights here during the off-season (October, November, December, April and May) you get the third night free. This deal excludes holidays, and doesn't eliminate the required $250 cleaning fee. Also, if you rent seven nights here (any time of the year) you get the seventh night free.Read more
Pros: Property description was accurate, plenty of room for our large group and fully furnished. Management company was excellent with communication and very responsive when we needed something.
Cons: Somewhat frustrating to find that you have to start laundry and take garbage to landfill upon departure given the rental rate charged for this property, not common with vacation rentals.

This cabin was amazing. Everything was so clean and so much better than expected. The pictures don't do this cabin justice! My family reunion was a huge success here. We had 22 in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and eating areas were great too!

It was just what we needed. We did go and look at the cabin before booking it and that sold us. It was very easy to call up and have them meet us at the cabin to do a walk through. Loved our stay. It was well supplied and stocked for our large group of 30+.

Accomodations were excellent, with an awesome layout for comfort and enough room for everyone. Well maintained and clean. Location was great within the village but just a little tight to get in with large sled trailers. Overall the service and cabin were fantastic but slightly over our budget.

This was our family's first reunion. With all 36 of us it's not easy to find a place that we can all fit into the home. We all had our own bedrooms and lots of room outside to play and have family fun! The cabin was clean, comfortable with plenty of room for us all. There was an issue with the hot tub cover being ripped and soaking up water. This issue was immediately attended to and resolved, before all the family arrived. We will defiantly be going back in the future.

Northstar Lodge is a beautiful, secluded mountain home set in an amazing lodgepole pine forest. Great location for snowmobiling - groomed trails run in front of the property. Lots of space, great kitchen. Perfect gathering place for the entire family! We loved our stay and plan to make Island Park and the Northstar Lodge a family tradition!

Just watch out for the plumbing. They have a septic tank with a pump. The pump went out on us very early in our stay and it took several calls to get a plumber out there. The property managers then tried to get us to pay for the repairs when it wasn't our fault. Every thing worked out in the end.

This cabin has the perfect floor plan for lots of people. Lots of play area inside and outside. The only down fall is the beds are uncomfortable and bedding is aged. I was surprised because of how nice it is.
