In the winter, when you're not enjoying the snow-covered outdoors, you'll love warming up inside the home. It's got a gas stove that will keep you and your... fellow travelers toasty. You can also make some hot chocolate in the fully equipped kitchen. You'll enjoy sitting at the kitchen's island as you sip your drink.
This cabin also features a TV, a table for eight people, and a washer/dryer. When it comes time to sleep, you have three bedrooms and a loft to choose from. The bedrooms have a total of three queen beds and two bunk beds, and the loft has three queen beds. There are two bathrooms for your convenience. No pets or smoking are allowed in this cabin.

The charm and warmth of the facility are excellent.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The few critiques we would share include:
1. There should be a couple of large fry pans for a facility that sleeps up to 16 people. We missed those for our "lumber jack" breakfasts.
2. This is the first "house" rental we experienced with no seasonings available.
3. Directions to the facility were confusing after travelling 4.6 miles on Kilgore Road. You might consider the following:
Turn right on Yale Creek Road. Go the equivalent of two blocks.
Turn left on Savage Road. Go distance of approximately one block. Road will make a 90 degree turn to the right.
When the road makes a 90 degree turn to the right, go a short distance (1/4 block or less). Driveway is on left. Cabin is not "square" with the driveway entrance.
We apologize we took the three ring binder by mistake. We sent it back via Priority Mail.
If we are your way again, we will look you up.

Wonderful Family Gathering Place

Our family found this cabin to be one of our favorite rentals. The floor plan was perfect for the grandchildren as well as the adults. I especially loved the utility room in the back. Each of us came with our own food for meals and ice chests. This gave us plenty of room to store those items.
I can imagine how perfect this would be in the winter when you have snow clothing to keep track of.
The furnishings were great. The owners put a lot of thought into making this place inviting. We will definitely check into this cabin next time we need to rent.

This cabin was perfect for us. It was clean and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cooking pans... It took awhile to hear up, but once warm it was very comfortable.

This was a fun cabin with a good view of a creek and lots of folliage in the rear. It has open space in front of the cabin which we enjoyed riding our atv around. Some of the beds could have been a little better (loft area) and an one more bathroom would have been nice. But overall we loved it.

We enjoyed it. The property was nice. Each night we went out to make a small fire. Lots of other properties close to it, but the drive to Yellowstone was nice. Next time, if we stayed here, we would bring a watercraft since the reservoir was very close and almost untouched.
The cabin was clean and nice. Took forever to wash close with the water pressure in the cabin. The open familiy room was beautiful, but watching TV at night is out as there are three beds in the loft right above the open-ceiling familiy room. The deck was an amazing view of the forest. A little way off the beaten path, but very nice.

Best vacation in a long time,

We stayed in the Hotel Creek cabin with our children and grandchildren for about six days. The pictures of the cabin really don't do it justice. We were very pleasantly surprised with the cabin. The downstairs bedrooms with the alcoves and bunk beds were great for our children with their little ones. The loft upstairs was a fun place for the older children and grandpa and grandma. The location was great. It wasn't far of the main road so the travel time to Yellowstone was shortened. We took some ATVs and found the scenery in the area delightful. The cabin was clean and really well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, linens, etc, We enjoyed the firepit and the large deck around the cabin. All in all, we had a wonderful time and are looking forward to another vacation there.

The only complaint we had was the water heater was far from sufficient for 11 people when we were cooking, bathing, washing dishes, washing clothes...Otherwise, it was wonderful!

It was a great cabin and good for a large family group. It is a very nice cabin and well furnished. Only downside is there isn't any really "outside" area that isn't boggy or bumping up to another cabin. Still a great place to stay, 30 minutes to West Yellowstone. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.
Good place for a family get together.

We were looking for a large cabin for a good price to house our mini family reunion. The location had to be centrally located between Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. We found the perfect cabin in Island Park. The cabin was beautiful and roomy. There is a wrap around deck, fire pit and many perks that comes along with a log cabin. The cabin had a huge loft with plenty of space for the kids to hang out. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone who loves the wilderness.
