It was a very nice place to stay, everything they said it had, only thing bad was there is no TV service, and I did not know that, you should bring Dvd's to watch. Other wise great place.
Never again - unless you want to spend your vacation working.

We will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. When we first arrived, and walked across the floor, our stockings were covered with hair. The floor obviously not clean. Towels taken from the cabinent - covered in cobwebs. Extra pillows - covered in cobwebs. Brush against a wall - cobwebs on our clothes. There was a sound system in the living room - not hooked up. We did not pay a separate houskeeping fee, but assumed that cost was built into the price. Not so!! Be prepared to spend your vacation working or be fined. We got to spend 6 hours of our vacation doing laundry the day we checked out - or would have been fined. We disposed of our own garbage using extra gas (a separate trip since we had a full car) - to avoid another fine. There are several more fines so beware.

The family and I had a wonderful time in the area and enjoyed the cabin and all its amenities. Just down the road from the restaurant "Boon Docks", wonderful food. Thank you Cheri for all your help. I would highly recommend this location for those who want to have a great time and partake in the areas recreation.
Beautiful cabin with interesting "spirit" about it !

We loved this cabin and enjoyed our experience. The cabin was large, clean and had plenty of space. The place is very well taken care of. The kitchen/dining area/living room is a huge open room and nice for a larger group.
The cabin has an interesting feel to it, and certainly has some interesting sounds. I'll leave it at that. However, all such incidents were positive, and we were happy to "share" the place, if that was indeed the case. :)
I would recommend this rental!

We come to Island Park every Fall. Stayed at Hickory Inn in Oct 2012. Will be coming back this October. Will be booking soon. Do you offer any discounts for returning customers?
I'll never forget that night in the Hot Tub!

The first thing you will notice is that the Great Room is much, much larger than you thought! This is a very large cabin, as is the yard. The upstairs is just plain fun! Foosball, air hockey, a sitting area. However, we spent a great deal of time on the deck. Hours and hours in the Hot tub. The cool night air made it easy to stay in the warmth of the water. We lit a fire in the fire pit, turned down all the lights and watched stars come out while soothing our bodies in the swirling water. Wow!
And did I mention it is close to Yellowstone National Park!
You will not regret your stay...and at a very reasonable price.
Wonderfully peaceful stay with plenty to do.

Our cabin was great with plenty of sleeping for everyone (4 adults and 6 kids) and all the amenities you find at home and more. When the kids weren't outside having a blast in the wilderness, it was hard for them to be bored inside with a big tv, air hockey and foosball tables. The hot tub was great and the front porch in the mornings with coffee and evening with wine with just the adults was perfect. It was great having a BBQ already to go as well, and we ate some wonderful rainbow and brook trout we caught out of the snake river just down the road. We had a very relaxing and wonderful time and look forward to going again soon.
Wonderful amenities and spacious floor plan!

We traveled with our three children including teenagers and my sister and her husband and two children 10 in all. There was plenty of space to sleep us all. Our favorite time was actually the night we stayed home and enjoyed the hot tub, and game tables in the loft.
First night there we had a "bear"y unexpected visitor on the front porch. He didn't stay long was just sniffing out the dinner we had out there hours earlier I'm sure.
We would love to come back to this exact cabin in the future. Thanks!!
Not too bad.

Location was wonderful. Good snowmobile trails very close by. One of the few cabins we have stayed in that had a few TVs, but no cable or satellite. So, if you didn't bring your own Dvds, you were out of luck. Good entertainment for the kids - foosball, air hockey. Hot tub was very nice.

We love the area and will continue to come back, but will most likely choose a different rental home this time. The cost vs. The accommodations were not as great as the first time we visited.
