We had no complaints about our accomodations at Jefferson Lodge. It is a lovely place! We did not receive an email at any time giving us directions to the lodge or instructions on how to get in. When we called, as we were driving to Island Park, the operator insisted that we had been sent the information and was not particularly pleasant about giving us the codes. That was the only less-than-perfect moment of our stay.
Nice home- Kind owners

The home was great for our large group. What I appreciated was the fact that the owner found an expensive flat iron that was left behind, she didnt hesitate to mail it to me free of charge. This is the sort of customer service that makes me want to come back. Beautiful location, beautiful cabin. Pool table was a constantly in use..we really enjoyed our stay.

We had family reunion and this place was so much fun. Had everything a family would want and more. Close to park and river and fun stuff at the house. Lots of room to hang out

My family (17) spent a few days at Jefferson Lodge, it was perfect. We went over to Yellowstone. The trip was wonderful. The grandchildren had plenty of room to run and play. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
Beautiful new cabin!

We had a wonderful time at Jefferson Lodge for my parents 50th Wedding anniversary. The cabin is comfortable and spacious and offered plenty of beds for 14 adults. It is new and nicely decorated. The rental company took good care of us. Even rescued our frozen turkey we had left thawing in the sink on the day we went to Yellowstone! The only drawback is that the location is a bit sparse and deserted. Not many trees but close enough to the lake.
Great time in a super house fit for a large family.

We loved this house with the 3 levels so kids could play downstairs and adults could play games on another level. Close to snowmobile trails but nowhere to go sledding for the kids. Rental company was great to work with and house was very well stocked in the kitchen and with extra bedding. We would definitely stay there again.
Beautiful cabin close to the lake

The cabin was fabulous. We did have a mouse problem, but the property manager did their best to help us out. There are no trees around the property, but the lake it close. The cabin was clean, beautiful, and had plenty of space and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I don't think I would stay there again because I would prefer somewhere closer to trees.
