This beautiful ocean front villa is only 6 years old and features 4 bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom. Designer decorated with a Mediterranean flare you will find hardwood floors in the den, Italian tile in the baths and kitchen,and berber carpet in all the bedrooms. The master bedroom and den open to a large covered veranda which overlooks the ocean front pool and ocean. The covered veranda has seating for at least 10 guest. As soon as you walk in the door you see the ocean, just a breathtaking view! My husband and I stayed at this beautiful spacious condo when he proposed in September 2009, we've been every year since!!! It's so romantic! From the well equipped kitchen that will make you want to cook, where I stood every morning making coffee looking at the ocean down to the luxurious linens and the most comfortable beds! We rented chairs and umbrellas and they delivered them everyday. We started every morning on the balcony with coffee overlooking the ocean and ended up there at night with glasses of wine and dinner. Shopping and some of the best restaurants are just walking distance from the condo. Do go over to Sullivan's Island to Poe's for the best hamburger you will ever have and the Sea Biscuit, which you can walk from the condo, for the best breakfast ever!!! They know us there by name! Whether you want to shop or just relax, the is the most amazing place! I fell asleep on the balcony every evening just listening to the ocean! Karen and Chad are the sweetest, most professional people you will ever work with! That made our vacation so easy! This is truly a "Home away from Home!" Our family of 8 adults and 2 little grandblessing had a wonderful time during our stay. We loved having the 4 bathrooms off of our bedrooms. the equipped kitchen and wonderful view of the ocean! We are seriously considering returning next year and I hope the same condo is avaliable. A great place to spend time with family!!!

Ok, I must say this upscale condo is perfect. The pictures dont do it justice. And it's in the middle of location, location, location! An incredible true 4b4b on the beach, in the middle of the main street area on Isle of Palms. Barely a block walking distance to live music, resturants and shopping!! We didn't want to leave and we cant wait to go back. It has a perfect wide viewing deck to enjoy gorgeous sunrises while sipping our coffee every morning!! First the sunrise, then the birds and the hope of seeing sea turle tracks...it's nice to know the sea turtles are being looked out for even in little ways like the pools lights remaining off for their benefit. The beach condo's decor is upscaled classic beach. A high level of comfort right down to the softest bed linens. A fully stocked kitchen was a delight as we cooked almost every night after venturing out for fresh caught seafood from the Shem Creek's fishing markets. Then we enjoyed those nights on the large deck sipping wine, laughing and listening to the waves by moon light. We all came home rejuvinated!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We are pulling our calendars out too coordinate our next years visit!

Everything you see is what you get with this great oceanfront villa! I am not a morning person and couldn't resist getting up and catching the sunrise - perfect! The beach is beautiful and one can walk for miles. Loved the location - 15 minutes to Charleston. Eat breakfast at the Sea Biscuit (1 block). Everything was wonderful. Karen is a gem and delivers on her promise that you will want to stay longer! One word of caution - hard to find in the dark! Throw out the GPS! At the end of 517 (IOP Connector) go straight at the light onto 14th street. At the end of the road take a right onto Ocean Blvd - go to JC Long Road and do a U turn at 'Windjammer (neon sign). Count 3 doors - black iron fence says Ocean Palms but it is in black so look. It's on the right. Enjoy!!!

We had a wonderful time. Right on the water so simply walk down a flight of stairs and you're on the beach. Condo decor is great and very clean. Close to a variety of restaurants so lots of options if you don't feel like cooking at home. Pool provides a 'sand free' option during the day - unfortunately it is not night lit. Would come here again.

Wow, is all we can say!! We took our two boys and both sets of grandparents and we absolutely fell in love with the condo and the area. With each of us having our own bedroom and bath, it was like a little sanctuary for each of us. The furnishings and layout were out of this world and you couldn't have asked for anything nicer. The pictures did the condo justice and we were so pleased with the quality and the view. No one wanted to leave when Monday came along and we are already planning a trip back. Karen was awesome to work with and really went out of her way to accommodate us!! Thank you Karen for all that you did for us to make this vacation one that we will always remember. The memories will last a lifetime!!

What a find! We have rented many condos across the U.S. and in the Caribbean and this gem has them all beat. Perfect location, extremely clean, well equipped, gourmet kitchen, great paper and shower amenities and the perfect balcony with a georgeus view, nothing better than a cup of coffee, book, feet up to welcome in each day! The four bedrooms and four baths were the perfect solution for our three married children and one 16 month grandson, as there is pleny of room and no one got in each others way! Also for anyone with a bad back, and I am a tough critic, the beds are unbelievable, which our entire family would agree. Last, but certainly no least would be the wonderful owners, Chad and Karen. Karen is the nicest most accommodating, prompt courteous person you could ever hope to work with, she really follows up with every detail to insure you have a great vacation!! We certainly plan to return and once you experience this fine property,I am sure you would agree!

We took our 3 teen and tween girls here and absolutely fell in love with the area and this place. The girls loved that they each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The view from the balcony is truly amazing. We were able to sit up there and keep an eye on the kids while they were on the beach and at the pool. We are trying to plan another trip to stay there during the fall because there is so much to do in the area even if it is too cool to sit out on the beach. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!
