Flat 7 Spanish Ledge, available for Saturday to Saturday rental and also for shorter breaks outside the April to October season, is a self-catering property in one of the older granite buildings in Town. Sleeping 4 in two bedrooms, it is presented to a high standard, and is conveniently located near the centre of Hugh Town, close to shops, Porthcressa beach and the harbour.

A spacious self contained ground floor flat consisting of a large living room, a well equipped kitchen, separate dining room and two bedrooms, one double-bedded and one twin-bedded. The bathroom incorporates a large sized shower cubicle with electric shower, hand bas...in and WC.

Facilities include electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, automatic washing machine, colour television, video and DVD player and a selection of games and local books for when the day's exploration is done. A cot is available for infants, free of charge.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Beds are made prior to arrival. If you are staying for longer than a week, a weekly change of linen is included in the tariff. There is also a hairdryer and ironing facilities.

Electric heating is available in all rooms and electricity is included within the tariff.

Island flowers are provided to welcome you, together with tea and coffee so you don't need to rush out to the shops.

The flat is accessed by a private entrance off Silver Street and can be occupied on arrival day from 2.30pm.

  This was an excellent choice of accommodation. The flat is very warm and comfortable with a spacious lounge and very well equipped kitchen. With the owners permission I was able to cook and entertain with ease for a larger group of friends and family staying elsewhere on St Marys. My children (aged 14 and 12) found the location very central for meeting up with friends. I was pleased with how quiet it was inspite of being centrally located. As this was a Christmas and New Year break it was important for us to have the indoor living space that this flat offers. The ease of access to the beaches, shops and harbour would also make it a great choice for the spring and summer months. I particularly like the fact that the owners are local to St Marys and therefore available and approachable, should they be required. I would not hesitate to book again, or to recommend to others.
