we were 3 prople n very much enjoyed every single minute of our week long stay. price-value ratio we all tought was great as well. there was a kitchen with full equipment n even real 4-stove oven (and micro also) and full size refrigerator, washer w dryer, dishwasher, all premium brands, i think siemens, and all stainless steel covers et al. very nice staff, they exchanged fresh towels whenever we asked them, no limits (and without negative gestures), and for me especially wifi signal. uninterrupted n surprisingly strong signal. free! last they replenished our drinking bottled water, again no limits. as for location, i believe it is one of the upscale districts-if not the most- yet access to spice market and old city is easy. we dont know if or when we will ever come back but if we do we know where to come bacjk now. friends, keep it up and thank you very very much.

didnt have much expectation prior to arrival but after leaving we know that this was truly the best stay ever in the city. Apartment is huge with everythinhgyou may need (and more!). Building has steam room as well (and fitness room next to it..all free). staff is great, made us feel at home. A/C both in livingroom and bedroom and individually controlled.Unbeatable location in upscale shopping area and short walk to subway system for touristic sights. Great value!

We travelled to Turkey 5 long-time friends from various parts of the World (2 from us, 2 from Europe, 1 from S. Africa) who havent seen each other for many years. We were met by a young gentleman at the airport who escorted us to the vehicle the shortstay apartment co. had arranged for us. Were greeted by another young gentleman at the reception desk of our building, a new and very well located building made of a dozen or more flats. We were shown around, the Saune & the Fitness Room in basement, as well as the washer/dryer and self-controlled heater/hot water equipments etc within the flat. The kitchen, the bathroom, the original paintings on the wall, all furniture and bed shhets, towels were simply chosen by people who had great taste. It really had a home feeling everywhere..(By the way, the bathtubs had water-jet in them!). Location was great, very safe and central (4-5 min walk to metro), supermarkets and various kinds of eateries around..access to old town, the historical peninsula is easy. We were chatting today on things to be (a little) critical of but couldnt really! We all loved it, if we ever happen to come to this wonderland, we will definetely stay here. I'm going to make this brief but I can honestly say that I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It is centrally located for the most part and overall very peaceful (call to prayer, traffic).
The apartment is virtually brand new and very contemporary with a flat screen tv and washer dryer.
The staff is giving and friendly and quick to offer any type assistance.
We could not have been happier with the experience. -

Had a great stay in Istanbul and Nisantasi Flats. The apartments are almost new and have everything you could want including full kitchen, washer/dryer, cable tv, wifi, etc. The owner Cevdet was quick to respond to all emails and communications. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Istanbul.

I've been staying at these apartments, probably, since they opened over the course of a couple of years. There has been a continuous improvement in service and accommodation quality.
The location is perfect. Right at the heart of Nisantasi within walking distance of Osmanbey subway, taxi stand across the street and plenty of restaurants/stores and shipping within walking distance. Taksim is minutes away.
The availability of a washing machine, kitchen ... this is an proper apartment makes it perfect for longer stays.
Good value for money and remains competitive even during low season when hotel prices are about the same but lack conveniences of a proper apartment. -

We stayed in Nisantasi flats for a week & the facilities it offered were great! (esp with kids we needed all the facilities to make their meals & stuff) Even-though situated in a very busy location in a much limited space, once you were in the apartment, it was very comfortable. Restaurents / shops / supermarket for groceries were just around the corner. The pay TV with kids programms was quite nice on a big screen to keep the kids entertained. Would recommend to anyone who is after a full self contained apartment.

Good value for money; this apartment made our vacation fun. This place was spacious enough for our children aged 12 and 14. The apartment is tastefully furnished. All the kitchen utensils and basic stuff provided. Clean and well maintained. Location very convenient, a number of restaurants just on the corner. For home cooking, abundant grocery stores with fresh vegetables and fruits. We had a happy holiday. Landlord Mr. Cevdet is most caring and supportive.

Nisantasi Flats was my hands down accommodation preference for my visits to Istanbul in the last two years. And please bear in mind that this talking is a former resident of the city. You will feel at home and enjoy the beautiful city Istanbul without the hassle of classic touristic traps.
The apartment is located in one of the best spots in Istanbul both for shopping and eating out.
All the little details which will make your stay comfortable are carefully taken care of for you in advance. On top of that your land lord Cevdet Bey is so kind and helpful on little possible every day problems, you won't get disappointed even if you are an exacting person.
It is indeed a perfect place for families / friends with touristic purposes and businessman with a different agenda alike. I experienced both sides in my last visit and I was more than satisfied in every aspect. -

This was the best place to stay in Istanbul. The location was safe and within walking distance to Taksim Square. It had all the comforts of home including a washer/dryer. The stay was made easy by the agent and I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Istanbul!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hip, clean, and convenient apartment in the heart of Nisantasi. Our family with two teenagers found room to spread out and become comfortable. The washer/dryer in the apartment was very convenient. The apartment is quiet yet superbly situated adjacent to upscale shopping, and works as a great base from which to explore wonderful Istanbul. We would not hesitate to stay there again, and would highly recommend it to others.

I stayed in Nisantasi Flats with friends for two nights and I can highly recommend the place. All the furniture and furnishings are new and come from Ikea. The apartments (we had to change after one night, but then one of our friends could sleep for free - she missed her flight...) are cozy, but not too small, and very clean. The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. The location is just superb - a short walk from Taksim square. A tip I can give: print out the location instructions to give to the taxi driver, as the entrance is not well visible from the street and your driver might have problems finding the place. All in all - an excellent experience!

We stayed in this flat for 3 nights. The location was very central (and convenient), The service was excellent (24 hours security, always a person on call). The flat was very clean, modern wirh high-quality furniture and linen. The kitchen was fully equipped and included a Washer/Dryer.
We would definetely stay there again. -

A friend and I stayed for one week in early June, 2010. We found the flat to be pleasant, well-furnished and well-maintained. Everything was in good condition and worked well. While Nisantasi is perhaps not the most exciting neighborhood in Istanbul, it is safe and fairly convenient to restaurants, shopping, and public transport. We certainly felt good about staying here after seeing the tourist hoardes and all of the touts in Sultanahmet - wouldn't recommend staying in that part of town to anyone!
The doormen were extremely friendly and helpful and we thank them for all of the assistance they gave us...
Only a few negatives for the flat:
1) The wireless internet was not good - most of the time it did not work.
2) It would be nice if there was some written information provided with the flat, like how to get to the subway station, places to shop for groceries, some local restaurant suggestions. We had to ask the doormen many questions that could easily be put in a 3-4 page "Welcome Packet" and save them the trouble of having tennants ask them for this basic information every time.
3) Some additional types of plates and glasses would be nice (like wine glasses! I know that most Turks aren't big wine drinkers, but your customers from Western Europe and america are).
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I would come back again.

My fiance and I spent a week in this flat and we were absolutely amazed by it! Location is upscale and full of eateries and art galleries which she liked a lot. Subway is like a few minutes walk and thru there you connect to many touristic places within the city. We've already recommended to our close friend who, btw, went there last week and were amazed as well..Good work Chevret!(our landlord)

My girlfriend and I, we flew to Istanbul with a last minute arrangement, and believe it or not, we werent expecting such an awesome package deal! the flat is big, street is wonderfully placed, a few minutes to subway on foot, shopping, eateries, movies, etc around..and it is a very safe neighborhood. My girlfriend exercised everyday we stayed at the flat in the GYM and once we tried the steam sauna. Staffed replenished filtered water everyday, one of them bought an umbrella for us! We wanted to entend our stay but couldnt because of unavailability. Truly friends, we were very, very satisfied and will, no doubt recommend it to her colleagues at work planning a trip to Istambul.

From the get go this apartment was perfect in terms of location, amenities, and the service provided by Cevdet and his staff at the apartment. Cevdet was patient as I had some credit card snafus in the US. Though a bit on the tighter side if you have two close-to-teenage-aged children to share a sofa bed, it generally worked out. The apartment was clean and quite new. Filtered water was provided as promised. The air-conditioner was not needed until the last night but due to some malfunction could not be used. It would be good to have some English channels on TV such as BBC news and national geographic so that children and adults after a day of sightseeing can relax in the comfort of the apartment. The 24-hour reception/security guard was a real plus and influenced our decision favorably. All said and done this is a place I will recommend without any hesitation to my friends and colleagues.

I've been travelling to Istanbul very frequently during the last 41/2 yrs and stayed in many many places, first in hotels of all kinds and locations then in shortstay serviced flats. But it was my first time in this one, and in short, I found my place..!This is a very big 1-bedroom, reasonable prices very very friendly staff, excellent location, safe and full of things around, minutes to subwat station, etc etc and gym inside! and sauna! jacuzzi in bathtub! I (finally) found my place.

We stayed in this lovely Nishantasi location 4 of us and truly enjoyed it. The apartment is quite big and furnitures are selected with a good taste (nothing fancy but Ikea genre which we liked a lot). There was full-time staff at welcome or reception desk and they were running around to help anybody who might need it. Owner came once to meet us and very friendly person who gave us a relief when we had to cut our trip short, he did not charge any penalty. We sure recommend this apart in this great location, a very upscale and safe neighborhood, close to everywhere in the city, to all of our friends.

Four of us, wife, me & 2 kids, we stayed in this beautifully located flat in Nisantase area, where many many shops, cinemas, bistros are everywhere! Thew furnitures and all appliances were all brand-new, just were the building itself. Street was very quiet and safe. 24 hr reception was great when checking in at 03:00 am!! kids talk about going back to istanbul already, and i know where they ll insist on staying again!

Three of us stayed in this flat in December, with a last minute reservation..On top of that, because of flight delay we arrived at 11:30 pm..4 hrs late..not only their airport pickup service was there waiting for us but they had 24/7 reception fully staffed..The location is superb, furniture & all equipments are brand new, much much better than a star hotel..No doubt we recommend it..Last, they have a fitness room and a sauna next to it, all free to guests..! we simply couldnt believe it.
