Ulas Suites & Apartment offers several self catering apartments in total and all of them are very spacious. The guests can choose from apartments situated on 4 floors. One bedroom apartments are suitable either for 2 or for a party of 4 with extra sleeping facilities (sofa beds) in living room. The standard of the property is not high but includes all required facilities and equipment (WiFi, kitchen, TV + Sat +DVD sets). We stayed 8 days there and therefore we preferred rather apartment with bigger space and tranquil location in walk distance to major attractions rather than small hotel room in crowd place for the same price. If the owner of apartment would improve the image of the terrace (isn't nice now) then it could be potentially pleasant place for evenings.

Spent 4 nights at Ulas Suites this month with my wife and 15 month old baby. I can't rave enough about how helpful the owner Bahadir was. My child became sick with a high fever in the middle of the night, and Bahadir had his brother find an all night pharmacy and deliver medicine at 4:30am. That's far above and beyond the call of duty... The apartment is spotless, and in great shape. The location couldn't be more central in Sultanahmet. It's less than 5 minutes to the Blue Mosque. There's a market on the corner with fresh bread and fruits, and decent enough restaurants are 2 blocks away. It was perfect for families with small children, as we had our daughter in a crib in the living room. Although a mosque is a short distance away, the call to prayer was never too loud, like it can be in many places in Turkey. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and laundry service was right down the block. If you're looking for an apartment as opposed to a hotel, this place can't be beat...

I had a wonderful time.. My boyfriend's first time in Istanbul. He loved the hotel and the location ... Staff were so friendly during our stay.. Everything went so smooth from the check in to the check out.. We will definitely will come back..

We were on a 4 week trip to Turkey July to see what this country has to offer. We have stayed at Ulas Suites & Apartments and they were very friendly and helpful. We needed a apartment for a week and a half before heading out to the Ephesus, Cappadocia and Pamukkale.
We had a short ride from the airport provided by property owner Mr. Bahadir & were greeted warmly at Ulas Suites & Apartments
The apatment was clean, comfortable and user friendly. Our apartment had high speed internet, cable television and a/C as a well as a well equpped kitchen. The place was bright and airy and right across from a grocery store which was perfect as we had rented a car and needed to load up on supplies for our road trip.
Ulas Suites & Apartments made us feel secure and they went out of their way to look after our needs. I highly recommend it.

The location is very good.
I stayed for 10 nights in the Ulas Suites and I can definately recommend the Apartment to other travellors who like friendly and cooperatve staff, well equiped rooms and very clean conditions. The location of the hotel is excellent for a city trip.
