Just 10 meters away from the sea-side, in front of the sea (Golden Horn)..

We have 2 people capacity sea-view suite, 4 people capacity sea-view suite, 4 people capacity garden view 1 bedroom apartment and 8 people capacity sea-view 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom apartment in this palace building.

Galata (Greek: Γαλατά) or Galatae is a neighbourhood in the Beyoğlu district of Istanbul, the largest city of Turkey, on the European side. Galata is located at the northern shore of the Golden Horn, the inlet which separates it from the historic peninsula of old Constantinople. The Golden Horn is crossed by several bridges, most notably the Galata Bridge. Galata (also known as Pera (Greek: Πέραν) back then) was a colony of the Republic of Genoa between 1273 and 1453. The famous Galata Tower was built by the Genoese in 1348 at the northernmost and highest point of the citadel.

  Dirty and old apartment, misled by the photos on Thomas Group we

  We were a family of 12 persons and we rented this apartment from 6-13 July. Based on the web site the apartment is air conditioned and it has 2 bathrooms. We were shocked when we checked into the apartment as it is totally different than the pictures at Thomas web site. Only the living room is air-conditioned, there is only one bathroom with a shower and it was broken, the linens was dirty and smells which forced me to buy fans and new linens. It took the property manager 3 days to fix the shower and other maintenance issues. We did not like the apartment and it was much less than our expectation. What makes the situation worse is the bad treatment and unprofessionalizem of Thomas Group as they were rude and not cooperating with us to correct these deficiencies and they were helpless and refused to respond to our concerns. When contacted them they advised that they got sick of my e-mails and they will not respond again to by e mail or phone.
