Our Flat has the nice comfort of your own Flat . The location is right in the center of Taksim -Behind The Marmara Hotel and at the same time it is a quiet street where the families are living soo you can enjoy being in the center and stay away from the noise & crowd.
we have 2 seperate building in the same street & located in the center of Taksim just behind The Marmara Hotel. ( Its a quiet family street away from the crowd soo at night it is silent. )
By its good location you can walk almost every place or use public transportation 24hrs.
Our flats are fully furnished.

Very quiet street an uphill 15 minute walk to Taxim where you can take the funicular down to the T1 tram or catch buses. Be advised that the only taxi driver who knew Baskurt Sok (the street) had GPS. We took very few taxis but would have them drop us off at Taxim square and they all knew where that was. The apartment we stayed in on the first floor was one bedroom. Kitchen is basic and everything works. Bathroom very modern and the place was spotless when we arrived. Hardwood and tile floors. Very safe residential street. The first cars down the one way street don't seem to drive by till about 7 a.m. Owner was very pleasant. We never saw alp who I suspect is the agent, not the owner. Anyway, we would stay again.

The flat is located in a great, residential and quiet neighborhood, five minutes walk to Taksim square, or to the docks, or to Dolmahache palace, three minutes to a great supermarket. Has fast Wi-fi, A washer machine and drying lines over the balcony which looks out over the Bosphorus. Alp speaks very good English (A lot of people don't) and he has a beautiful new van which can pick you up and drop you back at the airport for a very reasonable fee. Driver's assistant was waiting for us with a big sign with our name on it when we finally emerged from the long lines for visa, customs, and passport control about an hour and a half after our flight had landed. We had a party of seven, five children, and it WS very comfortable. Alp is very helpful. When I couldn't figure out the washer, his assistant was there within 10 minutes (he lives three houses down, talk about convenient). Since we didn't want to rack up cell phone bills abroad, we didn't use them, but aLP responded within hours to each email, as when we needed a second set of keys because our group slit up; keys were delivered same evening. Efficient, nice unit, great for families.

The apartment was so clean, it was central and quiet place. it was close to every thing. Alp & Selim were very helpfully.they are the best landlord that I have ever seen. They arrange transportation for us. That was great. All things of this apartment was great. I will be back there.

The flat was magnificent - even better than we had dared hope. There were wonderful views of the Bosphorus, and it was a delight to watch busy shipping at all times of day and night.The flat was spacious and immaculate. The area is perfect for a holiday - interesting, with lots going on, and lots of friendly people. There are good transport connections, including the tram, there. Alp was extremely good to deal with - very helpful and prompt, without ever being intrusive.We would not want to stay anywhere else in Istanbul!

Nice flat, centrally located not far from Taksim Square and a quick tram ride from many of the other important sites. Child friendly accommodations, with sufficient room for a family of seven. Impressed by the night life near Taksim Square -- a must visit spot in Istanbul. Thanks for the nice stay.

Wow where to start. So after a couple of fairly rough experiences in anatolia in southern turkey we arrived in Istanbul and were taken to another property by a seperate provider and it was just awful, so bad that I immediately went online our first night looking for new accommodations. I found alp and his flats online and contacted him immediately. Within a few hours I had spoken to alp and even though already late in the day alp felt my frustration and met us at his flats to show us around and help us out of a jam. The flats were clean and modern and the service from both alp and his crew like adem were amazing. At every turn alp was there to help, easily contactable via phone or email and fluent in English unlike many others we found through our trip. Alp I really want to thank you for making the last half of our trip both pleasurable and memorable, and the dervish dance you set up for us was not only authentic but stunning and spiritual as well. Also the transfers to and from the airport were flawless, thanks again and be sure I'll be looking you up the next time I'm in Istanbul.

The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Sultan ahmet area.
It is at walking distance from key sites we wanted to visit.
Surrounded by restaurants and cafes.
The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Alp's crew was very professional and would always respond to your calls or emails.

We were really happy with our trip, we can really rely on Selim and alp and they were always available for us, even when we bothered them many times a day, and a little bit late during the day.
I enjoyed a lot my stay and I highly recommand them as they are welcoming and they make you feel at home.

Alp was very helpful from the very start of inquiring about the apartment right through to dropping us to the airport. The apartment was very comfortable and a nice neighbourhood within 5 minutes walk to Taksim square where you find the restaurants, shops, Istiklal Rd etc and once there you can get the funnicular, metro etc. Close to tbe apartment are a few shops for your daily needs, a hospital in case you fall ill etc. It was a lovely experience to live with the other families instead of a hotel. Thank you alp for all your assistance.

Very nice and clean apartment to enjoy, in the center of all the actions, restaurants, retail, culture of Istanbul. Great and very helpful hosts, could not work out how to use washing machine, placed a call, had someone in 5 minutes, teaching me how to use it:) We love spending time in Istanbul, felt in love with that vibrant city and welcoming people. Highly recommend, great service and very warm welcoming, and cozy, comfortable place to stay. Definitely will be back :)

This well-appointed and spacious apartment was walking distance from bustling modern Taksim Square area and transportation. The manager was responsive and helpful in the hooking process, he even arranged for airport pick up, which was nice.
We'd definitely return ti this well kept property.

This place was walking close to everything. We were late looking for a reservation and lucked into these apartments on Trip advisor. The places (we rented two) were clean and in a very safe area. We would recommend without a doubt.

The appartment is very clean and well equipped. The flat located near Taksim Square and in a walking distance to Kapatas. Taksim square is located uphill in coparison to the flat location which is suitable for young and healthy people. Taxis can be taken just few meters from the flat location in addition Metro can be taken from Taksim Square. The flat management were very cooperative and always supportive mainly alp and Selim.

We really enjoyed the stay in Istanbul, the apartment was fully furnished, nice location very friendly owner both alp and Salim, the only difficulty we faced was when we want to come back from train station Findiqli station it was hard to walk up hill to the apartment otherwise the close location to Istiklal street was very enjoyable

During our trip to Istanbul we stayed in this flat, which is located in Taksim. This is very famous district and most of tourists prefer to stay there. To say our flat we lived in was perfect means to say nothing! It was really perfect for our requirements and expects and also for our group which consisted of 6 persons. There is everything you need for live and spend good your time, also you can enjoy a great view of Bosphorus from the balcony in any time of the day. The atmosphere was as you are at home, so lovely and peace. Going back home we were sure we will come back again there and for sure will chose only this flat!!!

We stayed in a loft near the heart of Taksim. The place was very clean and fully furnished with beds, chairs, tables, and a full kitchen with cooking supplies. We had to ask for towels and the building manager brought them over to us. The place was in a nice neighborhood atop a hill and where we were (top floor) had a fantastic view of the Bosphorus. The room was within walking distance to the shopping and restaurant area of Taksim. Check out time was noon and our flight was at night, so on our last day, the building manager stored our luggage for us so we could go have dinner before our flight.
Just a note to travelers, our building, like most in that neighborhood, did not have an elevator or central air conditioning. For us, the lack of air conditioning was not a problem, but my grandmother had a hard time with the stairs. So when making a reservation, explain all your needs to the agency and you'll have a great stay.Response from Alp & Hakan - 04/25/2011
