This is a cosy and neat one double bedroom apartment at the front of the building and at the entrance floor. The bathroom comes with a shower. There is a foldable table and stools in the living room. The building itself was built during the first decades of the republic. We jazzed it up with Mondrian inspired art work and Istanbul silhoutte reliefs. There is an elevator, water tank, shared 2 sets of washer and dryer and closed circuit camera controlled entrance in this building. This apartment is very centrally located in Beyoglu. It is 400mt. to Istiklal Avenue and the Demiroren Shopping Mall. Taksim Square is a 5 minute walk and the metro and bus stops are there. You can also take the funicular connecting to the tram line going to the Old city in Taksim Square. If you walk downhill when you get out of your building, you come to Cukurcuma and Tophane districts which are full of things to see: antique dealers, design shops, cafes, art galeries, sights and sounds and smells from the streets…Continue downhill and eventually you’ll come to Tophane to see the great Kılıc Ali Pasa Mosque by Architect Sinan and right there is the tram line to Sultanahmet ( Old City) and Kabatas (for the ferries to the Asian side and the Prince Islands).
