Sultanahmet Grand Terrace Apartment is located in center of Sultanahmet, directly in front of tram station and in Sultanahmet Square. All historical mosques, Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar are maximum a few minutes walking distance away. You can walk everywhere.
It is a well designed 2 bedroom apartment, one bedroom consists of a large double bed and a single bed, another bedroom consists of a large double bed. And living room has a double sofa-bed. Maximum 6 people capacity.

My wife and I, and our two teenage boys spend a week at this apartment over our "march break".
Overall, we liked the apartment very much. The main positive was the location. We like to explore new cities by foot if possible, because I find that I see more that way. The location of this apartment is fantastic, because we could easily walk to almost all of the sights we were looking for in Fatih. including:
Hagia Sophia, cistern, sultanahmet camii (blue mosque), topkapi palace, spice market, grand bazaar, the aquaduct, galata bridge, yeni camii (new mosque), sirkeci gari (train station). We also walked to taksim square, but that's a bit further. And of course, we enjoyed many other mosques - too numerous to name.
The location also has many nice restaurants. Our favourite was "semazen", 2 minutes from the apartment. If you head just a few hundred metres west, prices go down a bit and you see fewer tourists in the restaurants.
The apartment also has a roof-top terrace, which gave many beautiful views, day and night.
The apartment itself is quite plain. There is adequate space in the sleeping room, but the living room is a bit small (at least if you spent the day there it would be). If you want something fancy, perhaps look elsewhere.
Access to the apartment is via a spiral staircase. Not easy if you have mobility issues, but we did fine.
We took advantage of the "ground transfer" option to/from the airport. It was flawless, and eliminated all our fears of finding the apartment.
In short: apartment itself was "adequate" but the location was "fantastic", and that worked very well for us.

The apartment is exactly as described. the location of the flat on Divan Yolu road the main road of sultanahmet area is the best and most convenient place to be. the flat was very clean. we were met on time at the airport dropped off directly outside our flat where a representaive helped sttle us in and showed how everything worked- tv, air con etc. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. There was teabags, suger washing up liquid and powder, cutlery etc all present in the kitchen. Bathroom was very clean and the shower worked properly, lots of nice hot water. bedside cabinets and lamps made the bedrooms nice and cosy for kids at bedtime. the only thing worth mentioning is that there are three flights of stairs to the flat- no lift and that the the terrace is a roof top terrace accessible after another two flights of stairs. But that didn't deter us from enjoying our stay in Istanbul. Would definitely stay here again.

My name ?s Chr?s and ? love travell?ng to ?stanbul because ?t ?s the most beaut?ful c?ty ?n the world!!But except from that ? really enjoy the accomodat?on and the fac?l?t?es wh?ch are prov?ded by th?s appartment!My fr?ends and ? stayed there for f?ve days and we really enjoyed the cleanl?ness, service and espec?ally the locat?on because we could be at Sultan ahmet square and Grand Bazaar ?n a few m?nutes!Only a few m?nutes are needed to go to Sultan ahmet Square on foot!!!I had the most beautiful holidays of my life and I would definitely recommend it to anyone that would like to spend marvelllous time in Istanbul

check-in staff was polite and gave us (we went 4 people company) useful information about places to visit and go out at night. We were really satisfied with location of out apartment - it is very nearby to topkapi palace, blue mosque, grand bazaar... no complains regarding cleanliness of the apartment. it was really big, and had a terrace with a wonderful view to the sea... all in all, top ratings from us!
