My flat is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood at the center of Taxim. It is only 200 meters away from the Istiklal street which is the heart of Istanbul. All amusing nightlife organizations of Istanbul is just around the corner. Also, most of the popular cafes, bars, restaurants, souvenir shops and street shows are on this street. So, it is a great station to start of your daily trips.
5 minutes away from both bus and metro station. You can go to see all of sightseeing landmarks and historical places.

My two cousins and I stayed at a vacation rental owned by Gorkem, in the Beyoglu district in March of 2012. Overall, our experience was great. The location could not have been any better. There are so many restaurants, lounges and shops walking distance to the apartment that we didn't venture out much. Most of the museums and many other tourist attractions were a train ride away. the metro stations were also walking distance from the apartment as well. The apartment was very clean and neat which was important. It looked the same as the advertisement just a tad bit bit smaller. there isn't an elevator. if you are bringing several heavy bags it would be good to stay on the first floor.

A very comfortable and quiet apartment, just 5 minutes walk from busy Istiklal street. The bathroom was excellent, and there was tea and coffee supplied for our arrival, though small shops on the road outside also had all the essentials. Checking in and out was very simple, no forms to fill in. Definitely recommended.

Ihave stayed in istanbul for 18 days,Gorkem and the staff where wonderfully andhelpful and responde to what you want,the room exellent very clean new my family love it,security is exellent no one can enter exept the resedence,the pictures are the same big rooms and space ,taksim 2m wake,bus station across the street,supermarket and bakery in the same street.the apartment is excellent irecomand to try it.

The apartment was recently renovated and furnished with brand new Ikea furniture. The apartment is very clean and neat. The location is just the best part of this property as it is less than a 5 minute walk to Istiklal road which is the main and busiest road in Istanbul. It has all types of restaurants and shops as well as cafes and pastries.
Another plus is that you have a bakery just next to the apartment where you can buy Simit and other local fresh breads every morning for breakfast. There are also tiny cold stores (Bakkal) just next to the property. The metro at Taksim Square is about 15 minutes walk and from there you can go to nearly everywhere in Istanbul for reasonable prices instead of using cabs and being fooled!!! I highly recommend this place because I look for three things always:
1- Cleanliness of the apartment.
2- Central location.
3- Reasonable price.
So, in this case all three points are true.

Great place to live if you want to be near Istiklal Street (Oxford street of Istanbul) with lots of restaurants open late in the night,walking distance (450m) to taksim square and you catch metro to the best places to see in istanbul.Will stay again if we go to istanbul.
