It is brand new flat with 3 bedrooms (one of them is living room with two sofa beds) , studio type Kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
It is first floor. There is no lift in the apartment. There are two double beds and two single sofa-beds.
6 people can stay. Sofa-beds are in living room. Shakedown can be added in case of need.
There are AC, TV with cable TV, Wi-Fi internet, washing-drying machine, micro-wave, water boiler, stove, full kitchen.
It is in the city center near Taksim square and Istiklal street. Very vital part of city. You can find every kind of market , shop, supermarket, shopping center just around of apart...Read more

The apartment is newly remodeled and includes a full complement of new appliances. Our host was very responsive, quick to answer emails. The location is one block from a major street that has many restaurants, Atms, and shops. Many taxis for short ride to metro stops. Overall a good value.

My friends and I (6 of us in total) stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in March when we were visiting Istanbul. Tufan, the owner, was very nice and helpful and replied to emails very quickly, and agreed to check us in at around 2300 at no additional cost! The apartment is on the first floor. It was clean in general, with adequate space for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a huge bathroom that was clean and modern and we had no problem with hot water or anything. Location-wise it was a 15-minute walk from Taksim square on rather steep roads and a 10-minute walk to the closest metro station, and being a large group we took taxi most of the time, cost like 10TL per taxi trip to the Kabatas/Karakoy area. Not all the taxi drivers know how to get to the apartment, but if you just tell them to get to the main road nearby (Kurtulus) it's easy. The area is pleasant to live in, there are a few big supermarkets very close by. All in all we really enjoyed our time at the apartment.

It was a pleasure meeting you and staying in your fine apartment. We had a great time in Istanbul and will be returning soon. There is so much more to do and see. The Turkish people were extremely kind to us which always makes any trip that much more pleasant. I will be glad to send some positive comments on the apartment. My husband and I , and two adult children stayed here for 5 days and it was great!We took a cab from Taksim after arriving from the airport . My reaction in the cab was that it seemed far out of the center, but don't be put off. take the metro stop to Osmanbey, which is one stop north from Taksim and it's an easy walk.We took the buses as well and it was very doable. Apartment was quiet at night. Wonderful area with bakeries and shops. You can see how everyday people in Istanbul live.The apartment is comfortable and was a great home base for our exploring. several nights we just walked the streets, found coffee/ tea, and dessert. People were warm and lovely. Great kabob place nearby, Adana Ocakbashi, on Ergenekon Cad. Sok. No:8 Pangalti, cooked on a wood fire, wonderful!Can;t wait to go back!

Like I said we had a great time. Place was as advertised and we were welcomed by Mr Mengus to hand over the keys. location is a bit out of the way and was difficult to find by most Taxi drivers. but it was nice to get away from the tourist areas. lots of grocery stores around the corner for anything you may need. very quiet at night and not so much during the day due to the school across the street but who stays inside during the day anyway. a good place to retreat to after the hustle and bustle of Istanbul.

I was travelling with my nephew and his wife and their 4 kids and of course we booked this 2 bedroom apartment in Kurtulus Sisli near Taksim Square - at first before we saw the apartment we were scared that we may find the apartment not up to our standard - but once the family saw the apartment everyone is pleased to see this clean and modern, well organized apartment with all the necessary items we need such as; AC, washing machine, dish washer, Wi-Fi and everything else we could need is in the apartment. The apartment is in a great location just a short walk to Metro Station and very close to Taksim square and easy access to Bus services near the apartment. Kids were very happy to be in this apartment as all they could ever need is in very short distance, also shuttle service from Taksim square to ataturk airport in 20 munities. The owner Mr. Tufan was extremely helpful and responsive when we need him. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to have great holiday in Istanbul.

We stay in this apartment 7 nights and we had a wonderful time. apartment is well equipped.I have not encountered any problems.owner is a man of his word.apartment location is very close to Taksim.If use taxi it costs 6 lira until taksim square and like 12 lire to sultanahmed.We hardly recommend this apartment.apartment is in a very quiet area, at the first cat.Go to visit Istanbul.

This apartment was very tastefully renovated, it was very clean and comfy. It had everything we needed for our family of five. I liked the walk to the metro. But we didn't use metro since taxi was cheaper than metro for five people. Every kind of store was a minute walk away for daily shopping and money exchange. Taxi was always available.
What I liked a lot was the fact that the apartment was very quiet at night and away form tourist and crowded part of the city. The owner was always available through email.
The beds arrangement could have been better. My kids are not big so two of them shared a bed and one slept on the couch, if they were big kids we couldn't have done that.
All together I loved the apartment and the kids were happy there. We will definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to go back.

We had a wonderful time in Istanbul thanks to this wonderful apartment. The apartment is beautiful and all the appliances are new. It is close to metro and from there you can get anywhere in Istanbul within 15-20min. There are a lot of grocery shops, bakeries and even a lot of fashion stores close by. We had a great time and if any of our friends decide to go to Istanbul we will totally recommend this apartment to them.
