This is stunning, amazing, view dublex flat on the 5th floor with 80m2 double terrace..
1 bedroom and 1 living room flat.
Modern, nicely decorated. Tv, dvd, music player, washing machine and dish washer, internet, aircondition, oven are available Flat is dublex and also there are dublex terrace as well. In total, it is three floor.
No elevator.
Location : Gümüssuyu near Taksim square. Taksim square 5 minutes by walking.
Sultanahmet is 15 minutes by metro.

The apartment was very clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The view from the terrace was spectacular. Very warm and cozy place to come home to while staying in an often chaotic city.

My friends and I (4 total) stayed in the Cingahir flat which was absolutely perfect for our one week vacation. The flat was clean and comfortable. It was situated in the best location - a 5 min walk to the tram in one direction (which takes you to all of the major sites/attractions) and a 5 min walk to Istiklal Cadessi in the other direction (main street). Cingahir neighborhood is filled with writers, artists, art galleries and antique shops. Evrim, Sale and the entire staff were warm, generous and answered all of our questions. My friends and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone who is looking to stay in the "new city" and who wants to be near a lot of restaurants, cafes, clubs, and boutiques. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

My friends and I can't say enough good things about this flat. It was well-located - about 7 minutes from Istiklal street, a very busy pedestrian hub in Istanbul that starts at Taksim square.
The apartment itself was immaculate, with 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 larger-than-normal-single). The bathroom was awesome, with a high powered rain-shower-head. This was awesome after a long day out touring the city. The kitchen was great too, with all the modcons you expect. There was a washer, but no dryer, however hanging our
clothes to dry on the large rack provided wasn't an issue. There was a TV with 2 english channels and dozens of turkish ones. The wifi was free and fast and very helpful.
The staff that greeted us and helped us during the trip were awesome. They gave us advice about where to go etc, and were very friendly and helpful.
From the outside the building doesn't look great, but the apartment itself looked almost completely brand new, and it was very secure (bars on windows, heavy multiple-deadbolted door etc). We were incredibly happy with this place, the staff and the location.
