Located in the historical Galata District just at minutes away distance to Galata Tower and many other famous touristic sites , Lush Houses welcomes you to your " home" with its four individual residential flats in a four storey historical building.

Each flat is individually designed with unique/different attributes;

one flat with private garden,

one flat with sea view pavillion lounge,

one flat with sea view balcony,

one flat with garden view.

1,5 floored roofgarden with its panoramic view of the Marmara Sea, the historical

peninsula, the Old City, Topkapi Palace and Prince Islands will be 24 hour...s open to

the joint use of our residents/guests.

All flats have high ceilings (of 4.5m) characteristic to the building's old Istanbul architectural style.

The building is designed in old Istanbul architectural style with high ceiling flats.

All flats are one-bedroom apartments with 1 bedroom, 1 living room (with convertible sofabed

for two), open kitchen and 1 bathroom.

Building is protected by automated security system. To enhance perimeter security, the building entrance, exteriors, interior and the roofgarden are controlled/monitored by surveillance cameras 24/7. Access to the building is through magnetic card and code system.

2-5 minutes walking distance to the supermarket, hospital, subway station, taxi stand and sea transportation.

  The location was superb and the apartment very nice. However, after two days the Internet stopped working. Also, the bathroom got flooded due to a mal functioning shower set up. We complained but these problems were not fixed. We go to Istanbul often for work and need the Internet. We ended up having to go to an Internet cafe. We were hoping the Lush Houses galata would become our new home in Istanbul, but with these problems, it would be difficult.

  Cool location, nice apt., be pro-active before check-in

  I stayed at the Lush Hose residence annex for three nights in October 2012. The location was easy to find because it is two short blocks from the Galata Tower, which can be seen all over the City! Every resident (and most tourists) can easily point the way to Galata Tower.
  On the plus side, the place was roomy and clean. The towels were nice and the double platform bed comfortable. The Internet worked well. There was a tiny sliver view, but not worth much. The neighborhood felt safe, had some cool little shops and cafes, some other hotels, and mostly residences.
  On the minus side, check in was frustrating. I had been warned by other reviews, but did not send Lush House an email until I was at lax. I highly recommend sending them a direct email as soon as you book. Ask for the security code to get into the building and the wifi password!! I ended up calling the main hotel from my mobile ($$$), and because I was tired from the flight it took a few tries. She was patient and finally talked me in. There also wasn't any bath soap, but I was too lazy to call and used the hand soap dispenser from the kitchen. Yes, I would stay there again! And the price is right.

  Great location, amazing & comfortable apartments

  I was traveling with a group of 6 people so we booked a couple of the Lush Houses apartments - each apartment is on its own floor. Best decision in Istanbul! The apartments are modern, clean, spacious - and are in a great location just a short walk from the Galata Tower. While there is no staff directly on the site, they were extremely helpful and responsive whenever we called. You also have access to their rooftop terrace which is beautiful with amazing views of the Bosphorus and Old City. This is the perfect place for a longer stay - gives you the ease of your own apartment (living space, kitchen, etc) plus the convenience and cleanliness of a hotel.
