Lush Houses is located in Istiklal-Mis street and walking by 2-5 minutes to Taxim Square, Havas, underground, funicular, marine transportation, hospital and supermarket.The Lush houses consist of 9 rooms with a independent elevator and stairs.
There are;
1 bedroom,
1 living room (with bed can be opened for two persons),
Open kitchen,
2 bathrooms in our rooms.
We also have bay-windowed and balconied rooms.
We thought about the highest level of security as monitoring with 24 hour camera inside the building, entrance and exterior elevations ; we use building's entrance password and magnetic card acces...Read more

I booked directly through the website, i got last level apartment, they gave us bed for my kid. There is no meals supported, but we were in street where groceries available 2 4 hr, just lift starts at the first level. Security is excellent, we were giving 3 keys for the doors. 2 air Conditioning units , what even you expect in your home with high class model and quality, even washing machine for clothes and dishes.

Centralissimo, pulito ... nel cuore dell'Istanbul moderna. Cucina ampia, camera da letto abbastanza ampia, divano letto in ottime condizioni. Bagni puliti e in ottime condizioni. Reception cortese e disponibile. Ritornerei senza alcun dubbio!

We spent 2 nights at a weekend in May in this apartment with two children (aged 3 years and 10 month). The accommodation was good, the bathrooms were clean and in a very good condition. The apartment consits of one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a extendable sofa (suitable for two) and a kitchinette and two bathrooms with showers. The kind and heartily support of the staff - in particular Mr. Cengiz - was a pleasure. Only one thing is to concern about: due to the fact, that this apartment is located in the middle of one of the major hotspots in town, the rooms facing to the road are very loud during the night hours caused by music clubs and people sitting in the street bars and cafes especially at weekends. If you and your children don't care about this fact then it is a good choice or choose a apartment to the back of the building they are quiter.

This apartment will be suitable if you want to party all night and crawl home to sleep in the early hours. It is in a good location on Taksim and the apartment is very nice and clean. However, the club below/next/across it will be too noisy if you want a good night rest. What i disliked about the this reservation was I was informed that i could have a late check out on the day of my departure which i confirmed a few times during the stay with an elderly gentleman whom manned the apartments. However on the day of my departure (11.45am) I found the apartment door lock being unlocked and upon opening saw the elderly gentleman and a male cleaner telling me they were there to clean up and they needed me to vacate immediately. I was rushed out of the apartment by noon on the pretext that there are new guests waiting for the apartment. This rude shock is an unplesant memory of my holiday in Istanbul as I had yet to finish packing and my things were in various bags when i left the apartment.

1- The Location of the appartment is perfect.
2- The Rooms of the appartment is too small and not clean.
3- The Internet service is very bad.
4- Wc's plumbing are realy very bad (water cut for 4 hrs , bad smell , water stuck in shower place) -

The Lush apartments were the ideal place for me to stay to see all of Istanbul. I was in Istanbul on business and also to do sight-seeing. The location is in the heart of the Taksim area. The apartments are newer and beautifully decorated. I had a kitchen and washer as well.
The caretaker for the apartments was so gracious and displayed unbelievable hospitality. I plan to stay here again!
