Hello there :)

Welcome to our brand new house, as we love to call it a "nest".

Because it is important to choose a nest in a foreign country, let me try to describe how it will be like, to live in our place.

Our house is located in Osmanbey which may be the most central spot in town. The district is famous with its internationally known open air fashion market which has a huge number of possibilities to make good shopping from.

it is almost 30 km away from Ataturk Airport and it is just in the middle of many local centers like Taksim, Besiktas, Nisantasi, Kurtulus and Levent.

Our flat is on the second floor of an old Istanbul apartment, which has high ceilings and painted wooden floors.

We have 5 rooms, a living area, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

we have 8 mb unlimited wifi connection and we have unlimited water, tea and coffee :)

We tried to think about all the things you might need and enjoy in a room.. We tried to prepare a spot where you will love to live in, during your stay.

All of our rooms are designed with different colors and have their own concepts to serve you the joy of a comfortable stay.

we decorated them with creative simple ideas, but i must say that, we have chosen the "5 star hotel quality" for our king(4) and queen(1) sized beds. We hope that you will enjoy them after long, exhausting walks in istanbul :)

all our rooms have central heating for winter and remote controled ceiling vantilators for summer time.

two of our rooms share a beautiful balcony with a green garden view, which may be the best place to finish a long day and relax :)

Our kitchen has all the equipment you will need, to cook your own meals. We have a corner for 4 in the kitchen and besides, we have a table for 6 in our living area, where you can enjoy your meals.

Osmanbey is an old residential area for the locals and it still has the spirit of neighborhood. You will find everything you need in few minutes walk.

Laundry, Coiffeur, Pharmacy and Bakeries are very close. There is a supermarket in 30 m, many cafe and fastfood restaurants in 10-50 m, a grossery in 100 m and some liquer shops just in front of the house.

on Mondays and Thursdays we have a fresh vegetables and fruıts bazaar with in 10 mins walk.

you may find it amazingly cheap, but delicious :)

and on Sundays the bazaar turns into a vintage and second hand market, which may be a must see in istanbul.

With a police station in 50 m, our street may be one of the safest places in the city.

You may choose to walk every where but since we are 50 m away from one of the main avenues of istanbul (Halaskargazi avenue), you have the chance to go anywhere with public transport. The metro station, which is only one stop away from Taksim, is a 2-3 mins walk away from our house. Besides going to Taksim, by using the metro line, you will be able to go to Kabatas where you can find a tram to the Golden Horn, a ship to the Islands and the Asian side.

The other line of the metro goes to some other parts of the city such as Levent (famous for shopping malls) Sariyer and Tarabya (famous for seaside walks).

as you know, the place you choose is not only the place, itself..
