The house is inside TXAI Resort ((website: hidden)) and implemented in a 2200 sqm (23000 sqf) plot with a beautiful garden and 24h security
With approximately 450 sqm (4900 sq feet) the house has 4 independent bungalows for 8 guests, which can be rented out as a whole or one by one as they have independent entries thus providing privacy to each guest.
All Bungalows have air condition, Telephone, Hifi system, saftybox and mini bar
The House is 3 minutes walking distance from the Beach and hotel reception and has sunlight exposure during the whole day offering beautiful views
