Very good.
It is a beautiful house with a great kitchen for preparing meals. We have rented a number of houses before and this had the best stocked kitchen (dishes, cutlery, pots and pans) of any of them.
Lucca is a great town--not too overrun with tourists but with lots of good shops/restaurants/piazzas.
