Lovely Gingerbread style home on a private, park like setting, just four miles north of Lansing Schools and only a 25 minute drive to Ithaca. This home has a patio & porch, barbecue, carport, wood stove, fireplace and hardwood floors. With much of the original charm and character still in place, you will feel relaxed and comfortable. Rental includes lake access with beach and dock.
Downstaires Bedroom has 1 Full Bed and 1 Twin Bed; Upstaires Bedroom #1 has 1 Queen Bed; Upstaires Bedroom #2 has 1 Full Bed; Upstaires Bedroom #3 has 1 Queen Bed. There is a futon on the upstaires landing and a sleeper sofa in the livingroom.
