Imagine yourself in the lovely unit overlooking are lovely pool and Marina Golf Course. This small development with lush grounds and 24 hour gated security has everything you could ask for. Plenty of room to sit around and enjoy our pool or just walk across the street for the beach and ocean. Each unit has individual (programmable and quiet) a/c units, quality mattresses, full kitchens (down to blenders, etc), TV and DVD players, hair dryer, beach towels, tennis rackets and bikes. The atmosphere, food, and most of all the genuine sincerity of all the local people combined with absolutely georgeous beaches and fantastic landscaping puts this first on my list for a place to visit over and over again. We actually felt safer there then most any place in San Diego County where we reside. The condo was very well laid out, relaxing, clean and I would wish to stay there again as well. A much shorter plane ride and less expensive vacation by far then Hawaii

We were a little hesitant traveling to Ixtapa with all of the reports of the violence in Mexico but we felt very safe in Ixtapa and Zihuetanago. The people were so nice and friendly, our condo was beautiful with beautiful grounds and a wonderful pool. We had everything we needed in the condo, the location was very convenient with great restaurants near by. I would definitely stay here again.

Our vacation at Flamingo Golf was wonderful. The units are very clean, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located. The split plans are great for familys or two couples. Great restaurants and the beach are a very short walk away. We will always remember our vacation here, and return as soon as possible.

My wife and I have been going to Ixtapa for many years now and we always stay at the Villas Flamingo Golf Condominios,over looking a golf course and a cross the street from the beach, Safety is not an issue at the Villas Flamingo which are made up of 32 units inside a beautiful landscaped and gated area with 24/7 security. A five or ten minute walk will get you just about anywhere in Ixtapa.
If you are looking for a great place in Ixtapa to rent check out Richard & Gloria Bellack's units at the Villas Flamingo Golf Condominios, they run a first class show.

This is my third visit to Ixtapa/Flamingo Villa's and I plan on returning again. The location is ideal from my perspective. A small gated development with 24 hour security set in lush grounds with it's own swiming pool, overlooking the golf course one way and just across the road from the beach in the other direction, I can highly recommend having a massage right there on the beach all for the princely sum of $15. and the Marina is a short 6 minute walk away. The villa is spacious and immaculately kept up and is equipped with all the comforts of home. It is also so easy and inexpensive to get to Zihuatanajo. a $6,(15 minute) cab ride or become a local and hop on one of the buses that are constantly passing by for 50 cents. Ixtapa is a wonderful place to just relax by the pool or on the beach and/or party the night away at one of the many good restuarants and bars nearby.

My daughter and I arrived after a hectic year of teaching and luxuriated in the peace and tranquillity of Flamingo Golf. We were able to sunbathe, read, swim and enjoy sun-kissed cocktails in the serene garden/pool area while we recharged our batteries. The comfort and cleanliness of our accomodation was second to none. The local beaches and restaurants were beautiful and everyone we met had an endearing and welcoming smile. Just what the doctor ordered!! Thoroughly recommend the place!
