My husband and I rented this condo for 2 weeks, and we wish we could have stayed for 2 months. The beautiful view of the ocean and pools that I woke up to each morning were instant stress reducers. Mark and Debbie were wonderfully kind and easy to deal with. The condo contains everything you need in regards to kitchen supplies, towels, linen, etc. The location of this condo is ideal - close to everything including many restaurants and shops. Although the views from the living room are only mountain views they are quite amazing. The views from the small balcony of the ocean and sunsets is all you need. The Monarca is very quiet and you definatley feel you're far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lots of hotels on the beach, but I doubt you would feel at home like you do here; plus the condo is very good value for what you pay. It was truly a perfect vacation.

We so enjoyed our stay, not only was the apartment well decorated and clean, but so was the whole complex, the pool area was inviting for relaxing and enjoying the sunsets to, the service was excellent, from all on staff, but also Mark and Debbie were so helpful and wonderful people to know, thanks for sharing your rental apartment with us and we plan to come back again next year.

Our vacation in Ixtapa was amazing. The condo was beautifully decorated and very well kept. It had all the amenities you needed and the balcony off the bedroom with ocean and sunset views was very special. It was good value for your money. You can't go wrong !! The Monarca complex is simply stunning. Especially the beach front area where there is lots of space to relax under palm trees. Very tropical. Our hosts were great. Very helpful, informative and kind. Thanks so much guys. Will keep in touch for next year.

We had a fabulous time at The Monarca. It was a beautiful condo and the complex was excellent. The staff very friendly and our hosts were great. There was lots space around the pool to sit and on the beach to relax. My husband and I will return next year for sure. Thank you so much for a great vacation.
