You can find our villa in the luxury residential neighborhood of Contramar above Playa Hermosa and the famous Hotel Las Brisas. Our exact location is behind the gates of the private residential complex Naivi. There is 24-hour security and two covered parking spots. 25 minutes from the Zihuatanejo International Airport, 3 minutes from downtown Ixtapa and 8 minutes from down town Zihuatanejo you have access to everything the area has to offer. Enjoy snorkling, diving, fishing, golfing, watersports, surfing, shopping, tennis, biking, exploring, fine dining, local markets and more just minutes from your doorstep. Cab fare is very affordable and reliable, local bus transportation located just down the hill from the complex gates is cheap and safe and if renting a car the area is easy to navigate. The main Ixtapa beach is 15 minutes walk or enjoy your choice of 5 different beaches all within 15 minutes drive. You won't run out of places to visit!

This rental was more than we could have asked for. The location is perfect, simply a walk into Ixtapa, or a short drive into Zihuatanejo. The owners left us lots of information on activities and places to explore, that only locals know about, and which made our time there so much more of an adventure. The rental itself was spacious, clean and had all the amenities of home. And the view...wow! Definite plans to return!

The house was more than we expected for the price. Great proximity to Ixtapa and Zihuatenajo both of which should definitely be explored. The owners left great "locals tips" of the area which made our experience much more authentic. I highly recommend this rental . We will return!
