Our two bedroom condo in ixtapa has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay at this beautiful destination in the Mexican Riviera.

The Oversized Master bedroom with an incredible ocean view has a King Size Bed and direct access to the Terrace and Jacuzzi. The guest bedroom has two twin beds overlooking the Marina Ixtapa Golf Course and the Sierra Madre mountains to the far end. Each room has its own bathroom and each room has a TV....

This Ixtapa beachfront condo is located at Playa del Palmar, a very clean beach with soft sand, a beautiful beach in Ixtapa that you must enjoy! Playa del Palmar is a very long beach that is perfect for people who loves to walk.

The beautiful Playa del Palmar in Ixtapa has been certified by the National Environmental Commission as one of Mexico´s top three cleanest and sustainable beaches (2 miles long).

Ixtapa is the perfect place to enjoy your beach vacation in Mexico, it has a beautiful weather with an average temperature of 79°F year round and approximately, 340 days of sunshine, a perfect place to relax and enjoy your holidays in Mexico.

In our Ixtapa Rental, you will enjoy the sunshine and the amazing ocean view from our spacious terrace at the 16th floor. Relax at the private Jacuzzi, enjoy incredible sunsets and beautiful views from the Marina. Our spacious terrace is ideal to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can simply relax and enjoy a good book hearing the waves.

Enjoy all the facilities that the Bay View Grand Marina Ixtapa has to offer, two infinity pools and two Jacuzzis, snack bar, tennis court, paddle court, gym, spa and beautiful green areas.

Our Condo in Ixtapa has an excellent location within walking distance to the Marina Ixtapa, where first class Restaurants are located and it is also close to the two Golf Courses . It has an easy access, you can go walking to different places or if you prefer ask for a taxi at the lobby, if you have a car that’s not a problem, there is a garage for your car at the complex.

The living room has a 42inch LCD HDTV with cable and a DVD player, there is also free internet access.

In Ixtapa, there are different things to do besides enjoying the beach and the sun. There are many places to go for the day like Barra del Potosi with exuberant natural scenarios. Troncones a great surf spot or Zihuatanejo a small Mexican fishing village. You can also practice a wide variety of activities like bird watcing, scuba-diving & snorkeling, Golf, Sport Fishing and many more activities.

In case of cancellations your deposit or down payment will not be refundable.

  This condo was absolutely beautiful. Largest spacious living area and both bedrooms were good size (and the most comfortable bed in the master suite). The view is breath taking. The hotel itself was in off season and the pool area was quiet and peaceful. The condo is just accross the street from the marina which has lots of restaurant options. It was about a ten minute walk (or bus ride) from the down town area. We had several friends staying at other condos (Amari and Tesoro) and this was by far the nicest condo and the best pool.

  We had a wonderful, very relaxing vacation at BVG Marina Ixtapa . We have already recommended this rental in floor 16th to many of our friends that also enjoy traveling to Mexico. The pools, the staff and the service are all fantastic. Everything was first class and the little touches were very nice. The beach access is fine and the private jacuzzi in our balcony is just amazing with that ocean view
