Additional Location Information
Casa Cristina is located in the country-side with the villages of Villanueva de Tapia and Fuente del Conde both 5 minutes drive away. Iznajar, a typical rural Pueblo Blanco, is a 10 minutes drive away. With white-washed houses, ancient castle and churches, steep narrow streets and perched on the edge of The Lake of Andaluz this is a must to visit and wander around. There are supermarkets, a post office, numerous shops which sell almost anything, a health centre, banks and numerous tapas bars which come highly recommended. The lake has its own beach with bar/restaurant, BBQ facilities and swimming.
Casa Cristina is centrally located for easy access to the historic Alhambra palace in Granada, the magnificent Mezquita in Cordoba, the sun-kissed beaches of the Costa del Sol and the colour and flamboyance of Sevilla.
Local acitivies include horse-riding, walking, cycling, off-roading, golf and winter skiing in the Sierra Nevadas.

Beamsville, CanadaIdeal location : away from it all but in the middle of history
Left on 02/18/2012 for a stay in March 2010
We stayed at Casa Christina in March/April 2010 for 4 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. We used it as a base to see all of andalucia : easy day trips to Malaga, Cordoba, Grenada, Rhonda and everything in between. We were 2 families with grown children and everyone had enough room, outside by the pool , upstairs in the living room with TV or books, unique dinning room, upstairs terrace. The bedrooms were comfortable with lots of room and cupboard space. The kitchen was well stocked, the welcome package very much appreciated. Thank you Chris and Ken for your great hospitality! Hope to come back some day...

GuildfordA wonderful family holiday
Left on 01/31/2012 for a stay in August 2011
We stayed at Casa Cristina as a family of eight and had a fantastic time. The villa easily accommodated this number without feeling cramped. We also found it perfectly clean and comfortable with genuine charm throughout.
Most of our time however was spent around the pool which made for a wonderfully relaxing week. We have all since said that we would love to come back in the furture for longer.
One particular positive was that the villa seemed ideally suited for a small baby and was overall to a very high standard. -

We've stayed here more than once now and we'll be back again! This villa has everything from rustic charm to all mod-cons. It's private, relaxing, tranquil and you'll find yourselves wishing your stay could be a lot longer. A great base to explore from and a wonderful place to come back to. Bbq, private pool, what else do you need?! Enjoy! There's no option!
