Our townhouse at Costa Verde 202 has ocean views from the master balcony, plus lovely courtyard vistas from the downstairs florida room, a community pool and clubhouse, and more. Come stay here soon!<br/>Costa Verde 202 is on the second and third floors of a small, nicely maintained condo complex right on the shores of the beach. Just minutes from the Mayo Clinic, it's got an ideal location no matter what your group wants to do in Jacksonville. And you'll find it fully furnished, right down to free WiFi, extra pillows, and everything in the kitchen from a blender to vegetable peelers - n...ot to mention the full complement of dishes and utensils.<br/>Begin your morning on the second-floor florida room, cup of coffee and good book in hand, enjoying the beauty of another sunrise over the Atlantic. You'll probably find yourself taking most of your meals out here around the bistro table - when you aren't out at Jacksonville's fine restaurants, that is!<br/>Step inside through the glass doors and you find yourself in a thoroughly cozy, comfortable living room. A big TV with cable and a DVD player occupies the entertainment center, while cushiony chairs and couches await you. After a busy day at the beach or in town, have a seat in here and you just may find yourself awakening half an hour later, refreshed and cheerful. It's so cool and pleasant in here!<br/>The living area segues into the dining room, with a glass-topped table set alongside a comfy bench and couch, so the whole gang can gather around. This area is in a quiet corner, so if someone in your group has to do a little work or wants some downtime, the table makes a great place to work or read.<br/>The kitchen is a treat at Costa Verde 202, with a warm-toned tile floor, speckled granite countertop, and sparkling new appliances. The coffered ceiling gives it more airiness, while the well-stocked cabinets offer you every choice for cooking and serving. You could make Thanksgiving dinner here without having to bring a fork - just load up on groceries and you're good to go for the whole vacation!<br/>While the living, dining, and kitchen areas at Costa Verde 202 are lively and open, emphasizing togetherness, the 3 bedrooms are wonderfully private and soothing, ensuring that everyone gets a great night's sleep every single day of your stay. Again, all linens are provided, and you're welcome to use the washer and dryer right in the townhouse to keep everything fresh and soft.<br/>The master suite is fantastic, boasting a king-sized bed, big TV, plenty of floor space, and best of all, a glorious balcony with outside seating and a view of the ocean! Leave the blinds open one night and you may glimpse the spectacular sunrise over the Atlantic, an unforgettable sight. Or darken the room and sleep delightfully late in the cool seafoam-toned atmosphere. You even have a private bath as part of the suite, with a separate powder room area. This is your sanctuary, made for rejuvenating your spirits and refreshing yourself after long, busy, fun days in Jacksonville or at the beach!<br/>Each of the other 2 bedrooms at Costa Verde contains 2 twin beds, with light and cheerful décor and plenty of space. They share the second full bath, which offers both a shower and tub option. And if you need to sleep a couple more people - or if the kids want a change of pace one night! - one of the sofas in the living room unfolds into a bed. Altogether our townhouse sleeps 8 very comfortably.<br/>Our townhouse is located in a small, friendly community with a pool and clubhouse right beside the ocean. So if you ever tire of going to the beach - wait, is that even possible?! - spend a day at the pool, which offers both sun and shade options as well as plenty of lounging and dining space.
