As a travel agent I have stayed at many places but this has to be one of the best. Felt like part of the rich and famous for our 3 night stay. We sat on the balcony and watched the waves come in and it was so relaxing. Mead Brown and his crew where right on the money for any thing we needed or any questions we might have. Great location as we were able to go buy stuff for breakfast or go out to dinner since it is within walking distance of everything. Really hated to leave. Can't wait to go back.

Our recent stay at Vista Las Palmas was wonderful. The condo was beautifully decorated, enormous and very clean. We had daily maid service. The views are terrific. The ocean-side pool is lovely. Don't leave any personal belongings on the beach, though, as they tend to be stolen. The development has a 24 hour security guard so things left poolside are fine. Good food within easy walking distance (incl. grocery store). We loved it and would go again in a second!

Service was impeccable. Michael, Mark, and Ryan were a pleasure to deal with before we got to Costa Rica. They set up a personal chef for us (which was fantastic) and stocked the rooms with groceries upon our arrival. Once there, Jamie was extremely helpful and helped us make this time in Costa Rica a perfect stay. The room itself was absolutely beautiful. Huge, clean, and completely updated. The views were like no other. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Just wanted to say thanks for the great stay in Jaco Beach. This was my second trip there and by far the best one. Loved the condo and the Managment company was great. We will be making this an yearly trip for sure!

I had an incredible relaxing time in Jaco and thouroughly enjoyed our accomadations. The Yin at Vista Las Palmas was simply outstanding. Great views and great service. Mark was a great host and the condo was better than advertised.

Loved my stay at Yin, wonderful view, beautiful place.. The only negative thing would be the Hot tub, it leaked the entire time I was there creating a pretty slippery deck that I had to walk across every time I went to the bedroom, almost fell on my backside a few times, and the Hot tub had to be refilled because it kept draining(leaking)... The chef was great but the cost was a bit over the top $280.00 for a dinner for 2 people... I would definitely go back again but I would skip the chef and would want to make sure the Hot tub wasn't leaking again... Mead Brown were great to deal with as always..

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. Great furnishings inside and out. Had some trouble getting help with jacuzzi which was a little frustrating. However, Nancy couldn't have been more helpful. Jaco Beach was a little scary though. Saw drug deals going down, heard about gun fights at night. Excursions were all fun and professional. Yoga instructor and sailboat ride in particular was good.

Our stay at Yin was fantastic. We definitely recommend springing for the chef, at least for a few nights of your stay. Coming home to a beautifully prepared meal is relaxing and the ultimate in pampering. If you go during the rainy season, be ready for a few short blips in the power system. It went out three times while we were there, but only for a few minutes each time.
A couple of extras that were nice - American TV (showtime and a host of other english speaking channels); the internet was also very reliable. The kitchen was also well appointed. Jaco luxury has been defined! Yin at Las Palmas. Words can not describe this ultimate villa in the sky. Once the door opens to this palace the ooos and aaahs start immediately. Yin has a spacious floor plan, high end fixtures, high end furniture, flat screens (satellite), bedding, and oh yea the massive deck that has a huge hot tub on it. Your own 11th floor hot tub. Nice!!! The view is exceptional from sunrise to sunset. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were close to everything bars, beach, groceries, and restaurants. Vista Las Palmas; modern, private, safe, and beautiful. I have found my spot in Jaco!! Michael Brown, thank you for your assistance and professionalism with this unforgettable palace. We will be back!!
