Paloma Blanca Rental Condos are located at the South end of Jaco Beach in a nice and quiet area ideal for family trip or simply relaxation. Charming and cozy, Paloma Blanca condos are well decorated and equipped with everything you need. Condos with 2 bedrooms, each bedroom with small terrace overlooking the garden areas and views of the mountain, in addition to the beachfront units. Well equipped comfortable living areas, spacious bedrooms, equipped kitchen. Paloma Blanca condos offer to its guests 2 swimming pools and direct access to the beach.

This was definitely a bargain.
We paid $150 per night and there was 4 of us (2 girls 2 guys)
The condo we rented had 2 bd and 2ba plus a nice sofa that could easily accommodate 1 more person.
Our condo was literally on beach- you just had to pass the gate- and is well secured.
There are security patrol all the time.
The place is well located. Only 2 minutes away from the main Jaco street by car.
There are plenty of options as far as food and bars.
Overall, I would recommend this place.

We stayed in acqua condos in Jaco. We are interested in buying a condo there, so we stayed in one. It is a very nice building with a fantastic location right on the beach and walkable to everything in town.
We went out a few nights and cooked a few nights. The rental folks hooked us up with other touristy things to do there too like white water rafting, deep sea fishing and zip lining. It was a fantastic trip. Can't wait to return! -

West Palm BeachA Luxurious Beachfront Paradise at a Great Price

I visit Costa Rica on a regular basis and acqua Residences is definitely the way to go. The staff is unbeatable; bilingual, attentive and will show you a great time. They cater to your every need during your stay and keep in contact after you leave. It's really service you don't see in many places. The amenities are the finest I've seen in Costa Rica; stainless steel appliances, marble floors, granite countertops, beautiful pool area on the beach, spacious, quiet, comfortable and the list goes on. The location is ideal; beachfront and right on the Jaco strip, walking distance from restaurants, shops and the nightlife. A variety of Costa Rica's best tours are close by and readily available through Chris & Danny at Costa Rica Holiday Rentals.
Why would you pay to stay in a hotel when you can stay at a beachfront luxury condo with concierge service for the same price?
I definitely recommend acqua for a vacation in paradise!
