Christmas and Easter Holidays require a 4-night minimum stay and the rate is $160 and $165 per night for a 2 and 3-bedrooms condo respectably.

I stayed here traveling with a student group over our spring break. It was such a wonderful place to start off our trip. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is refreshing and clean. We loved having a kitchen available. The condos themselves are very well kept and well stocked-- I felt like I had everything I needed. The staff are very helpful and considerate. On top of it being such a nice place, its location just up from downtown Jaco couldn't have been more desirable. I can't say enough good things about Villa Nasua, it was a very relaxing and fun experience. I am excited to bring my own family here some day!

The beds are comfortable, the people are friendly, the pool is wonderful, there was nothing I didn't like about Villa Nasua! The super market is only a short walk away, as is the liquor store and a wonderful little fruit stand. The beach is a slightly further walk but not unreasonably. For my first time in Costa Rica, this was a wonderful experience!

We rented all of the units (3 bedroom-2 bath) and found them clean, comfortable and spacious. Having a kitchen, complete with coffee was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and garden and the great location close to beach, shops and restaurants. Super nice owners and a perfect paradise. A great place to be private, but be together. Ideal for family reunions and perfect for our group of university students.

This family run business is a gem in Jaco. Villas were clean and comfortable.The air conditioning worked great and Jeanette, the owner, is very, warm, welcoming and helpful. The teens liked the easy walk to the beach and downtown and the pool. We liked the safety and mellow atmosphere of the villa grounds. We would return to Villa Nasua and I can't stress enough how helpful and friendly Jeanette is. She made our trip very special!

We would like to thank you again for our wonderful stay at Nasua. Feb. was the third year of staying with you for a month at a time and as always we thouroughly enjoyed ourselves. The gardens and pool are absolutely beautiful and the privacy is appreciated. Its comforting to have our transportation from the airport arranged for us. Everything is so conveniently located around Nasua and we love our morning and evening walks on beautiful Jaco Beach. Your help and knowledge in booking excursion while there is wonderful. Looking forward to staying with you again soon. Say hi to your family for us.

We stayed at Villa Nasua 2 years in a row, 2009 and 2010.
We have had excellent service from the owners and thier parents. They are very friendly and the condos are always kept clean. There is a beautiful court yard and pool. It is not very far from the down town and the ocean. We very much enjoyed our stays there and will be going back. -

"My family has vacationed at Villa Nasua multiple times over the past 4 years. All published information about the property is accurate and correct. This is a family owned business and the villas are well maintained. Great spot for families with children with only 6 villas the property is never crowded or noisy with a clean pool and excellent security.
You will be pleased with your stay."

I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and cousin. What a great deal! It was clean, comfortable, and we could cook our own food to save money. This was more economical than a hotel and we had our own two story condo within walking distance of all the nightlife and the beach! The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us find a grocery store and places to dance. I truly cannot imagine better accomodations, especially considering the price. If you're traveling with 3 or more people I really recomend this!.
