We spent a weeks family vacation with 4 teenagers here in July. The accomadations, Jaco, and Costa Rica were all wonderful. and enabled us to have a great and event filled vacation.
The condo: The accomodations far exceeded my expectations. The views were spectacular and I would sit out on the deck every morning drinking my coffee and watching the ocean, dogs chasing each other around on the beach or the Scarlet Macaws in flight From the back of the condo there is a great view of the hillside. The condo is very luxurious, beautiful wood cabinets with granite or marble, leather couches, and the beds were extremely comfortable. There is Wi Fi available. Pool is spectacular and the lounge chairs in the water were a big hit. Property is gated with 24 hour guards at the main and beach entrance so very safe. A lot of power outages but power seemed to come back on right away. We did manage to get stuck in the elevator but were rescued shortly by the staff.
Jaco: Known for it's surfing. The wave height varied throughout the week but a ittle rough for young children (<10) in my opinion. Although the beach is nice and long its not a nice white caribean color and is rocky. The town has lot's of restaraunt options. Recommend Lemon Zest, Tsunami Sushi and others whose names I can't remember. We did the zip line tour at Vista Las Suenos, Manuel antonio for a day where we splurged for a guide but saw everything included 2 and 3 toed sloths, howler monkeys, white faced monkeys, red eyed tree frogs, and finally atving (everyone's favorite) and would highly recommend all of them. -

This Condo was amazing! Huge, modern and heavily upgraded. The staff there was very accomodating and the location was great. The owner was nice enough to set us up with a Driver/Tour Coordinator (Christaim), who set up all of our tour and travel arrangements. The pool was fantastic and was refreshing after an afternoon of surfing. The power went out in Jaco almost daily but the massive generator system located at the base of the condo fired right up on command and power the entire building. For the money, this place was the best hands down. This particular unit had no mechanical problems could easily accomodate 6 with plenty of room. When we return to Jaco, that's where I'll stay again!

Vista Las Palmas is gorgeous with a fabulous location and terrific service. The view from the balcony and the pool are especially breathtaking. Also, there are plenty of great activities in the area - Tortuga Island, Zip Lining, Scuba Diving, Surfing, etc. The condo is huge, new, comfortable, and has everything you would want in a home away from home. I cannot wait until I can visit again!

We spent a week in 9A this Feb. If there's a better place to stay in Costa Rica I don't where that would be. The condo is beautiful. The views from the ninth floor of the ocean, beach and mountains are incredible. The furnishings and appointments are 5 star. Jaco's a great place to vacation and this is a great place to stay.

Jaco Beach is a breathtaking retreat. The views, the beach and climate are a vactioners dream. The condominum was very luxurious. We were close to many, many fine restaurants. You could participate in any sport from fishing to surfing. The rainforest is a site you should not miss. The nearby town has quaint shops for your shopping enjoyment. I am looking forward to a return visit.
