Located on Jaco Beach, this decorator furnished 3 bedroom/2.5 bath condo is located on the 2nd floor right behind the pools and Tiki bar, and steps from the beach and ocean. There's one King and two Queen size beds. Free WiFi is available in the condo. There a digital safe for valuables and the complex is gated with 24/7 security. This was a very nice place to stay. David Kish manages this condo for the owner and does a wonderful job letting you know of the area attractions and restaurants. All transactions were effortless. David really did make this an enjoyable stay. A problem we had when we left involved the Daystar peoples saying we left stained towels and that one was missing. We reported the missing towel. They make you sign the inventory paper before you arrive at the condo so you don't knowif the inventory is accurate. Take inventory and report this immediately. We were charged on the credit card after we returned home. Dave was wonderful and reimbursed our $40 for the towels. How impressed were we!!! He is the bomb! My only complaint is that the condo should have been a bit cleaner in general. Also, it says on the description that it is fully equipped but we found that the kitchen spatulas and the pans were ancient and needed replaced. Dave says he will speak to the owner about this and I would inquire before you go. We went in early November 2012 and stayed ten days. The beach is beautiful. This is a safe and inviting area. We would return and we would use this condo again

We spent a Thurday - Sunday at this fine 3-bedroom condo. We spent the 1st part of our vacation in a house in the mountains, so this was a nice change of scenery being right on the beach and walking distance to downtown Jaco. We liked this property as it was both beach and pool accessible and our family likes both, so enjoyed having the option of both. The condo was perfect for our family as we had my parents along, so the 3-bedroom condo was enough room/space for us. We woudl defenitely recommend this place to our friends & family! The only negative thing we can say about this property is at night the music from the local bars can tend to be a bit loud, but we were there for most of the nights, so didn't matter to us, however, could see an elderly couple not liking this. Otherwise, everything else was top notch!

We were looking for a place to take our family in Costa Rica for a New Year's week get away. This was perfect. The three bedroom, 2.5 bath condo was beautiful and spacious for our family (2 adults, 3 kids) - well appointed kitchen, in-unit laundry, great deck overlooking the pool and the ocean. The location is at the north end of Jaco so it is quieter than being right downtown but you can easily walk to town in less than 5 minutes for dining, shopping, etc. The pools were beautiful and well maintained (only downside was no hot tub). The beach was great with nice waves perfect for boogie boarding for the kids (saw surfers too but we did not try it). David was a great host and extremely helpful with all arrangements, restaurant recommendations, arrangements for rides and tours, etc.

The Bahia Encantada was a really nice. The layout of the property was like a much bigger Melrose Place. All or most units face the pool with a nice balcony. The accomodations were very clean and they were supplied with all our basic needs and then some. The beach right at the condo was great as well. We would definately stay at the Bahia Encantada again!!!

This place is exactly as pictured on the website. It was a great location (within walking distance) to town and right on the beach. The folks there could not have been more helpful in scheduling activities and providing local restaurants to visit. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and spacious. There is a security guard at the pool to guard against others using the facilities that are not staying there so I felt totally comfortable leaving my kids alone at the pool. There is a cute little outdoor bar right next door. We did the zip lines (highly recommend), we drove to arenol (long drive but well worth it), and repelled down the mountains. David could not have been more helpful in answering all my questions. I went through another agent to schedule my car and wished I had used David. If you rent a car there, you should ensure you get a GPS system (well worth the $5 extra a day) This was a great family vacation.

Could not ask for a better stay!! Location is excellent, right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean right out your door. Walk thorough the pool area onto the beach or sit by the pool and hear the waves crash. Complete with all the luxuries of your own home. Full kitchen, living and private bedrooms.

The condo at Bahia Encantada is perfect. The complex itself is beautiful with two huge pools and a small one, right on the Pacific Ocean. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable and the staff takes care of you too. There is so much to do in Jaco, and everything is within walking distance, grocery, restaurants and shops.
